Because you've done the work, the healing work of clearing old fears and negative feelings, to make space for new and good feeling thoughts and vibrations to arise. This meditation will guide you to focus upon these good vibes, and sharing them with others, without depleting yourself.

A meditation for spreading good vibes and cheer.

When one is feeling good already,

It can help to focus upon the reasons why you feel good so as to magnify those good feelings in your life and continue to draw more of those feelings to yourself.

So sit in a comfortable position.

Relax your hands into your lap and gently close your eyes.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose and exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Inhale through your nose and exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Lengthening the exhale more with each breath.

Inhale the deepest breath you've taken all day and exhale,

Sigh it out your mouth.

Breathing into your body in comfort and ease.

Lightness of heart comes from clarity.

You've done the work to clear the vessel.

Now you can enjoy the rewards.

There will be times when you find things stuck in the vessel but right now it is clear and it feels so so good to you.

So appreciate that you are fully rested after a good night's sleep.

You awoke with happiness in your heart.

You meditated to focus upon those good feelings and you continue to feel good throughout your day.

Life really can be this easy.

There's no need to make it more complicated than that.

Lean towards the good feelings for this is what your life is about.

To experience,

To try new things,

To see what fits and what doesn't,

What you enjoy and what you don't.

Think of something you've done in the last day that felt effortless and fun.

That set off a train for your positive vibes to start rolling in the direction of your desires and manifestations.

You made the effort to follow that good feeling and took action when it felt good.

This led to more joyful feelings and more fun coming to you.

This is how it works,

Love.

You're doing it.

You're living in the flow of the universal love and light.

How did you do that?

You cleared the vessel.

What is the vessel you ask?

Imagine a tube running up and down the center of your body.

It's a large tube like six inches across.

This tube goes down your head,

Through your torso and out through your feet.

It's your connection with the divine,

The origin of universal creation.

Imagine that this tube gets filled with gunk and grime over time like pipes and houses do.

When something doesn't feel good and you don't allow yourself to feel this feeling,

You store it in this tube.

You say,

I don't want to deal with that emotion right now.

I don't have time.

I have to lock it away and I'll get to it someday.

So it goes in the tube like slime on the walls and this builds and builds.

Usually when you're young and don't know how to deal with these things yet,

They're too scary,

Too big.

So you lock them away and they get stored within.

And then one day you decide to feel better.

So you meditate and a feeling comes up that you had long forgotten was there.

And instead of pushing it away,

You sit with it for a minute or two.

You examine this memory,

Asking why it is there.

You're curious,

Not afraid.

And this feeling is so happy to be seen and heard that it no longer needs to hang on to you for dear life and can move on to the next thing it wants to do.

So you feel relief.

That part of the tube is clear and shiny and brand new and it makes space for new ideas and options to flow freely through the tube.

And you do this every time something comes up.

And eventually you realize you can breathe deeper with more ease now because this tube is clear and it's open,

Free of all that slime and sludge.

And thoughts can come in and you can let them go.

And only the thoughts that light up your heart with joy will be held onto and the rest,

They can just flow from the tube onto the next destination.

It's really that simple,

Dear one.

And the step you're in now,

Feeling good most of the time,

Is preparing you for the best part,

Your time to shine.

You get to fill up on the light of source.

Let it fill your body through breathing and letting it course through your veins.

And you store it in your tube for when you or someone else needs it.

And you can share it with them without feeling depleted because there's no blockage,

No slime and no sludge.

To keep it from flowing,

It becomes effortless and fun to let this light illuminate your soul and others will feel it.

They'll feel it and know that you can help them to heal them from a place of completeness,

From selflessness and love because you are always complete and whole and in need of nothing.

So you give your whole heart,

You listen with love and the intention of giving them light and strength and seeing their pain so it may move on through them with ease.

And they can feel lighter and the process can repeat.

And from person to person,

This light will illuminate when you are a clear vessel for it to travel.

And this my dear one,

Is how you spread good vibes and good cheer.

This is the method for spreading light here.

So let's fill ourselves now with the universal light of consciousness.

Bring your awareness to your heart space,

Feeling your heartbeat.

You can bring your hand to your heart if you like.

Connect with your heart space and picture a small ball of light emanating out from this space.

On every inhale this light grows brighter and on the exhale it grows bigger,

Spreading through your body.

Relaxing the muscles in each part of the body it flows through.

See the light spread to fill your entire chest.

Feel it growing to cover your abdomen.

See it spreading down each of your legs,

Through your thighs,

Knees and calves.

Down through your ankles and all the way out the bottom of your feet.

Then it spreads up through your shoulders,

Out each of your arms,

Through your fingers,

Up your neck,

Across your face and finally through the top of your head.

This white light is encompassing your entire body now.

Feel the deep relaxation that this light brings to your whole body and enjoy this feeling for the next few minutes.

If you start to get lost in your thoughts just gently bring your attention back to your heart space and the light within.

Relaxing the muscles in each part of your body.

Bring your attention back into your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

Maybe stretching long as if you're waking up from a long nap.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.
