Releasing all the air from the lungs.

The space above the navel,

And imagine a vibrant yellow light here,
Pulsing and radiating,
Breathing into the solar plexus,

With each breath in,
This yellow light becomes more vibrant,
More radiant.
It swirls and glows,
Pulsing with each movement of the breath.
As you continue to breathe,
This light grows brighter and expands outward,
Filling each cell in your body with a vibrant,
Radiating yellow light.
And then you can breathe in and out.
