Setting boundaries can be challenging and stressful, activation of the stress response in the body, feelings of guilt, and a sense of uncertainty. This short practice offers a quick reset for the nervous system, inviting clarity in mind and body through a gentle repetition of lovingkindness phrases. This is a practice you can come back to at any time when you need a little extra support or confidence boost in setting boundaries. It is a great supplement to the longer Boundary Setting Support or Establishing Boundaries meditations offered on my profile here on Insight Timer. This practice has no background music or sounds to provide space for a deeper reflective process.
