Meditation Timer OnlineAnnie is a visual artist and practitioner of yoga. Having grown up in a spiritual home, she has always been drawn to spiritual practices and a connection with the divine. She first encountered yoga at the age of 16 and was immediately intrigued by how this practice incorporated the physical self with mind and spirit. Her curiosity of the practice has continued to develop ever since. Having studied Fine Art at university as well as Theology, she is interested in the way spiritual practices intersect and parallel creative practices and movement practices. Annie completed her 500hr training in 2018 and has since completed additional training in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
