Sometimes you feel lost - you feel no real connection with your inner self. This meditation will bring you back in contact with your inner fire and make it stronger, creating a safe and sacred space within yourself. You may even share some of your positive energy with someone in need. Just go with the flow of this meditation and it might surprise you towards the end.

Just close your eyes and I always start with taking a few deep breaths.

So breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth and again breathe in and breathe out.

We hold the breath for a few seconds and breathe out,

Let go.

Then bring your awareness towards the top of your head,

Towards your crown center and just stay there with your awareness for a few moments.

Just observe.

And then bring your awareness towards your forehead,

Try to relax all your muscles.

If you know where your third eye is you can place your awareness there for a few seconds.

Maybe it will get activated.

You don't have to do anything special,

Just bring your awareness there.

Then observe your eyebrows,

Observe your eyes,

Relax your eyes and also try to relax the skin around your eyes.

Observe your ears,

Your jaw and try to relax your tongue.

Now try to become aware of your head,

Your entire head.

Bring your awareness towards your neck and your shoulders and also the places in between your neck and shoulders.

Just observe,

Follow your attention.

Then from your neck try to go down along your spine very slowly vertebrae by vertebrae.

You go down with your awareness and slowly go down towards the bottom of your spine.

And then also become aware where your body is touching the ground or the floor or your yoga mats or the cushion wherever you are sitting on.

Just feel the contacts.

Then bring your awareness back towards your throat.

Just observing,

No judging,

No thinking.

Then bring your awareness towards your heart,

Your heart center.

And observe how you are feeling right now and try to not think,

So not use your brain,

Just observe your body and your energy level.

And now let your body become nice and heavy.

Try to relax your muscles even more,

Sinking,

Sinking,

Going deeper and deeper.

And just visualize that you are making contact with Mother Earth below us so that we are also grounded this evening during the meditation.

Just feel how from different parts of your body energetic cords are going down towards the earth.

And these cords go way deep into Mother Earth,

Making a connection really at the center of our planet.

And maybe you feel it happening,

Maybe you visualize it,

It doesn't matter,

Just know that it is happening.

If you don't feel it,

You can trust me that it is happening in your subconsciousness.

And now you can take another few deep breaths and just let go of all the negative energy from today or from this past week.

Just breathe out and it will be taken through these energetic cords towards Mother Earth.

So maybe energies from other people in your magnetic field around you,

Just let go.

So that you get some more free space in your body and in your field around you.

So just let go and take another deep breath.

So that's only you and your energy which is remaining at this point.

And maybe you feel some kind of space or a little bit of a gap right now in your body,

In your fields.

And now you can ask Mother Earth again for some energy to help you grow to manifest things in your life.

So just ask kindly and it will come back to you.

But then nice clean positive energy and it will fill you up again.

And it doesn't matter on which floor you are,

How far you are away.

The energy will just,

Just like Wi-Fi,

It will just go through the wall,

Through any layer and it will come to you,

To your body.

And maybe you can also feel it right now that it's happening.

Just surrender to this feeling of getting energized again.

And just feel that this is just you,

You and your energy.

And see what you can accomplish.

This is creating a sort of sacred,

Secure space in yourself.

Something which you can always rely on.

Just feel this positive energy flowing through your veins,

Through your cells.

How you are feeling lifted.

And this is what you can do yourself.

And you are always able to lean back,

To trust yourself.

Never forget that.

Feel the strength,

The power which is building inside of you.

It's like a little flame is being lit in your heart.

You can imagine this little flame right now in your heart.

And the flame is becoming bigger and bigger.

It's now covering your entire chest and belly and becoming even bigger.

This is your inner fire talking to you.

And it's growing bigger and bigger.

Just feel your energy,

The positive,

Strong energy within yourself.

And what you can do now is take another very deep breath.

And if you breathe out one more time,

You can let go of all things you don't or no longer need and it will leave your body like black smoke from your mouth.

So take this deep breath and let go of your worries,

Of your fears,

Of negative energy.

And just breathe out and it will just be burned by the flames,

By the fire in yourself,

Within yourself.

And one more time.

Just let go.

You no longer need.

And this fire is also going outside of your body now into your energetic fields.

Very strong positive energy.

So and if there's somebody right now whom you know is in need of some extra positive energy.

Maybe this person is showing in front of you.

And just send some of this positive inner fire energy to this person who you think is in need.

And just send it from your heart softly to this person's heart.

And if there's someone else who you would like to give some positive energy,

Maybe this person shows up right now in front of you.

And just share some of your inner power,

Your inner peace with other people.

And maybe you didn't think you had it in you,

But you do.

Everybody can do this.

Everybody can spread the love,

The energy.

Just feel how nice it is to give,

What it does for you and how you can help somebody else.

And you may say goodbye to these persons.

They will be grateful for your love and your energy.

And go again back with your attention,

Your awareness towards your heart center.

Just feel your body.

Feel the energy,

The warmth of the fire in your heart.

And then I feel there is also a desire.

To go up towards the universe,

The cosmos.

So please again bring your awareness towards your crown center on the top of your head.

And just feel what is happening there.

Maybe you feel like also some cords are growing there or a rope or branches of a tree are growing from there.

Your crown center is opening up.

There is activity there.

And just follow what is happening in your case,

In your situation.

Just feel how you are rising,

Growing and going higher and higher and higher.

Maybe your spirit guide is guiding you.

Maybe somebody is holding your hand,

Taking you.

Just feel that we are going up,

Higher and higher.

Maybe you feel you are completely floating up into the sky.

Maybe there is a certain question you would like to ask.

And if so,

Just ask the question.

Whatever comes to your mind,

Comes to your heart,

Just ask the question.

Just see how this question is being answered.

Maybe you see a symbol,

Maybe you see an angel or your spirit guide or maybe you get a message from someone who has left our normal world.

Just feel what is happening right now.

It can also be a word or a symbol.

There are many ways how the upper world communicates with us.

This is different for everybody.

And then it is time to slowly go down again.

Even though the energy is still very very strong,

Just very slowly make your way down again towards your body.

Maybe you want to say thank you for the message you have received.

So thank your spirit guides or the person or whomever,

Whatever you have come across,

It doesn't matter.

It is not important.

You can do whatever something looks like.

It is the message that counts,

The feeling you have received.

Just very slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Very slowly take your time.

Try to feel how your body is making contact with the chair you are sitting on or the floor.

Maybe move your fingers a little bit,

Your toes.

I hope you have received some positive new energy in your body.

And just take the time to come back and land in your body.

Maybe also take a few deep breaths again.

And probably very slowly the strong energy is leaving us again.
