
Dealing With Your Biggest Fear
A meditation that helps you to deal with your biggest fear or worry which you are facing right now. You will be offered an approach to your problem(s) which might be new. Do you have the courage to go down this road?
Transcript
So you can start with breathing in a few times through your nose.
Breathe out through your mouth.
One more time,
Take another deep breath.
Breathe out again.
And another time,
Breathe in.
And breathe out again.
And what is always nice to do is try to make fists of your hands.
And then take another deep breath.
And then tense all the muscles in your body,
Maybe also make a funny face.
And hold your breath for a few seconds.
And then really let go.
And observe what that is doing for you.
How it relaxes your body.
And now you can relax your muscles even more.
And if you want you can bring your palms together and really rub your hands together.
I have a feeling we have to do some of these kind of small exercises to get really ready.
So rub your hands together.
And then you feel the energy between your hands.
And what you can do then is bring both palms over your eyes.
And then you feel the healing energy of your hands on the top of your eyes.
And then you can massage your face a little bit around your eyes.
So massage a little bit.
Don't touch your eyes,
But just massage.
And then you bring your hands down again.
And now take another deep breath.
And breathe out again.
And sometimes it helps to release some tension already from your body.
Maybe you can observe the effect in your body.
Then bring your awareness towards the top of your head,
Towards your crown center.
Just observe.
And if you are new or rather new to this,
Maybe it's hard for you to feel anything there.
But even if you feel the slightest change or sensation,
That's it.
That's enough.
Then you have made contact with this energy center on the top of your head.
And if you do this more often,
It will become stronger.
And then bring your awareness towards your forehead.
And try to observe all the muscles there.
And if you feel some of the muscles are still tense,
Try to relax them.
And then try to focus on your third eye,
The energy center in the middle of your forehead.
And also here,
Even if you feel the slightest little change,
Movement,
Tingling,
That's it.
And try to hold on to that.
Try to really zoom in,
Focus.
Then you bring your awareness behind your forehead,
So inside your head.
And feel the peace,
Calm space there.
Really focus.
And maybe you even become aware of your brain activity.
It's also like little sensations you can feel.
Maybe you notice also a little slight shift again.
That you transitioned from your thinking into feeling.
Like you enter another dimension.
It's like you become aware of your energy body.
And then let your awareness go down.
Lower towards your body.
And then you become aware of how you're feeling right now.
Try to keep focus on your feelings and ignore your mind.
Just focus on your energy level right now.
So how many energy have you already spent today?
And how much energy do you have left for the rest of this day?
Can you make an assessment?
Just based on your feeling.
Maybe feel like you're moving now in slow motion.
And actually,
If you're really living close to your being,
Life is a little less fast.
It is a bit more slow.
But this is how you live according to your feelings.
And this is not based upon your mind,
Your thoughts,
The hectic life around you.
Observe,
Feel if you can keep connecting to this energy,
What you're feeling right now.
This state.
We go deeper and deeper.
And maybe you even feel pain in your body,
An injury you're having.
And then what you can do is say hello to the pain.
Acknowledge that the pain is there.
You can say yes,
I know you're there.
You're a part of me at the moment in my life.
But also take a look at the other parts of your body right now,
Which aren't in pain and are doing very well.
And be grateful for those body parts who are doing well.
Also observe if you felt or if you feel that you faced stress today.
And if yes,
Where do you feel this in your body?
A lot of people always say I face stress.
I'm so busy.
I have to rush.
Okay.
So where do you feel it?
Is it in your stomach?
Do you feel like there's a knot there?
Do you feel pressure on your heart or do you feel tension in your shoulders or in your lower back?
What is happening?
It also helps to become aware of that.
So next time you're facing stress,
You get this signal that this thing is happening to you.
And then maybe you find the strength within you to take a pause in that situation or to say no.
It is all about connecting your feelings with your actions during the day.
That's what's very important.
And if you become more and more connected again with your inner being,
Yes,
Your pace is a little bit more slow,
But you won't make any of these errors anymore.
You just go more with the flow.
And that's very beautiful.
And you don't run out of energy.
So just keep breathing deeply.
And if you like,
You can ask your spirit guides to join you in this session today.
Maybe you know who they are.
You can call their names.
Again maybe you can feel their presence around you,
A little shift in your energetic fields.
That they are there to guide you,
To protect you.
And then take another deep breath and breathe out.
And then what you can do is visualize that roots or a cord is growing out of your root chakra and out of the soles of your feet.
And these roots or these energetic cords are going down in the direction of the earth.
And they go through everything,
Any floor.
Even if you're multiple levels up,
It doesn't matter.
It's all energy,
They go down each level until they enter the foundation of the building where you're at right now.
And the cords grow into the earth,
Deeper and deeper and deeper from your body.
The roots are finding their way into the earth,
Going through all kinds of earth,
Rock,
Stone,
Dirt,
Water,
Fire.
And they're also branching out.
So you're deeply rooted now into Mother Earth.
And if you like you can also ask her permission to really connect to the center of the earth.
You can feel it happening,
That something is being drawn down,
Is going down away from your body.
And actually that's a sign that you can breathe in again.
And then visualize or sort of send all the negative energy,
Energy from other people which you no longer need.
And just let it go through these roots,
Through these energetic cords.
And just give it to Mother Earth.
So breathe in and breathe out.
And let go.
So maybe some of this pain of the injury you are feeling,
Send this down to the earth.
Maybe some of the stress you have felt today,
Also just let it go.
Send it to the earth.
Or just visualize your energetic field around you.
And it is also a very good opportunity to just clean it from other people's energy or negative places you have been or sadness or a depression you are facing or maybe you are mourning about somebody.
Just let it go.
Take the opportunity to clean yourself.
And don't worry.
This is like compost for Mother Earth.
This is what she lives off of this type of energy from us.
And she knows how to transform it into positive energy,
Which we will take from her later again.
But now we are first giving.
Also your tiredness,
Your fears.
Just let go.
One or two more times.
Your sadness,
Your worries.
Let it go to Mother Earth.
And then just wait for a second and feel your body again.
Maybe you feel some kind of emptiness or maybe it feels a bit colder,
Your body.
An open space.
There is some room for some positive energy in your body now.
So what you can do now is ask Mother Earth for some of this positive energy.
And just what you do is you connect to these roots again,
To these energetic cords.
Maybe you can feel it like it's an extension of your body.
And just ask for the beautiful,
Earthly energy to come up and to enter your body.
And maybe this will help you to gain some important insights today.
So let the energy slowly come up.
You just have to open up yourself to get it.
And we just let it flow up and it enters our body through the soles of our feet and our root chakra.
And it's flowing inside our bodies.
And it's going towards our heart chakra.
Just feel how it's like you're being charged,
Re-energized.
Just let it happen,
Let it flow.
Now try to become aware of your biggest fear.
What is a big problem in your life,
Something which keeps bothering you and which doesn't help you move forward?
Maybe it is coming to you now,
This problem,
This fear.
Maybe you see it right in front of you,
Maybe you feel it.
And look at it.
Now with this beautiful energy,
While this is going on,
That you're being charged positively,
With new energy.
Maybe you can find the confidence,
The strength inside of you to trust your fear,
Your worry,
Your problem onto this energy or onto Mother Earth or onto your spirit guides.
And trust to hand it over and just trust that the good will come to you,
That something will happen in a positive way.
And that in the next few days and weeks,
Your inner self will give you hints and tips how to overcome this worry.
But it is about trusting.
You have to trust to let it go,
To trust in the future that good things will come to you.
Maybe you worry about not having enough money.
Is this worry in the hands of Mother Earth or of your spirit guides or the angels around you?
But you really have to do it and then see what will happen in the next few days.
Even maybe now you are prompted with an idea,
A suggestion.
And this is a new kind of living,
A new kind of dealing with your problems.
But if you start to live like this,
To trust in your own energy,
Your own purpose on this planet,
To live like this,
It's like living in a kind of magical dream world.
But it actually will give you really good ideas from your inner self on how to progress in life.
And I'm not sure I'm making sense,
But I hope you understand what I mean.
Sometimes you have to be in the right setting to read about this or to listen to this,
To hear this and not be stuck anymore.
Try to make this step to live like this,
Go live like this,
To have faith,
To have trust in the other dimensions around us.
Every time you feel this worry,
This fear coming up,
Just remember yourself.
No,
I cannot have this fear anymore.
I've handed it over.
It will all be okay.
I trust my instincts,
My intuition.
A solution will come.
Just feel still what's happening in your body,
Being charged with this energy.
And I also feel that we need to get some cosmic energy as well.
So what you can do now is bring your awareness towards your crown center on the top of your head.
And just like the roots going into Mother Earth,
What you can visualize now,
It's like branches growing out of your crown center.
Just visualize beautiful,
Strong branches growing higher and higher.
Even higher and higher going into the universe,
The cosmos.
May you feel that this is a different type of energy already,
Which we're entering on a different type of dimension.
And then you can connect with the source.
This is very personal.
For me it's difficult even to describe it,
But try to connect with what you feel is out there.
Then also ask if you can tune in to this beautiful cosmic energy.
Then the energy,
Maybe you already feel it happening,
Slowly coming down through the branches like the water within the tree.
Slowly,
Slowly going down towards your crown center,
Entering your head,
Going to your third eye,
Towards your throat,
And your heart center.
Where both energies are meeting again,
Flowing in a beautiful vortex.
And actually it is like you're being charged even more,
Like in the superpower.
And hopefully this will only grow your confidence in making this decision to hand over your fears.
To no longer let the fears,
Or the biggest fear,
Limit you.
Just feel again what's happening,
This strong energy flowing through your body,
Through your cells.
It's like you're getting a beautiful healing.
And if you can feel this really well,
This energy,
You're really ready to start living your life in this kind of different way.
It's like living in two dimensions.
You live in the physical world,
But you also have a deep connect with the other worlds.
You can start to trust in the other world,
And you will see the signs.
And it is so incredibly beautiful to start living your life like this.
And somehow you get all kinds of messages,
And it will guide you on your path.
So much inner happiness.
And maybe if you feel this stress somewhere in your body with which you felt earlier,
Or the pain,
Just focus your awareness on these places for a few moments.
And observe what is happening.
It's like a healing is taking place.
This is all created by yourself.
See what you can do.
And it's still so very strong,
The energy.
Such a positive vibration.
And enjoy it.
Enjoy these beautiful moments.
And both energies are floating around in your body.
Maybe you can feel the difference that first we had the energy of Mother Earth,
Which is already strong and beautiful.
But now we have both,
And it's like double.
It's just flowing and flowing and going.
It would be so beautiful if you could visualize this,
What's happening right now.
Like actually see what all the cells are doing inside of our bodies.
With this like,
Pranic energy,
Life force.

Hoi Anne Vreemd mijn gedachten waren bij vele angsten.. in het moment nu - grotendeels gepresenteerd als mijn grote angst - als ik het nu goed begrepen heb mag en kan ik deze angsten ( vanuit mijn gedachten) overdragen. ( engelen/ gidsen/ aartsengelen/ begeleiders) Deze houding/ manier voelt goed en anders dan om hulp vragen. Dank voor je inzichten en wijze van benadering. ❤️groet Henk ♦️⭕️

Anne, wat een fijne diepe meditatie was dit. Het was ontroerend om mijn grootste angst in handen van mijn goddelijke team te leggen. Ik hoef het niet alleen te dragen. En nu ik type voel ik nog steeds de healingenergie door mijn lichaam stromen. Dankjewel 🤗
