Hello,

Bonjour.

How are you feeling today?

Comment ça va,

Au jordu?

We all have those days where we feel nothing is going right.

And still,

We keep pushing.

Pushing is ok,

But not forcing.

So let's focus today on surrendering.

From resisting to surrendering.

Make yourself comfortable sitting down or lying down.

This time for yourself.

And three minutes at the end of this meditation,

Writing your thoughts on paper with a pen.

You know that day you feel excited about a project or about seeing a person.

But it's not going the way you want it.

Or you even get a now.

There's a sense of rejection and a bit of a.

.

.

But let's take a moment here,

Back into your centre.

From my own experience,

And I was stuck in traffic,

I used to get frustrated because I was worried to be late.

And then one day I was driving on the motorway,

When I saw this car on the side,

Because they just had an accident.

I had a lightbulb moment where I felt very lucky that I was stuck in the traffic.

This person could have been me.

And sometimes when you're slowed down by an external factor,

It's for a reason.

For saving your life,

Maybe.

So today,

It's time to take a break from everything that you do.

Coming back into your breath,

If you find it too difficult to focus on your breath,

Choose a colour that makes you feel good as you're breathing.

Coming back into your centre,

With this colour going in as you breathe in.

Three,

Two,

One,

Hold.

And breathe out.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Stay here for a moment,

At your own pace.

Filling yourself up with this colour of peace and surrendering.

Melting into the floor,

Rolling back your shoulders.

Opening your heart,

Eyes closed or open.

However you feel comfortable.

Look your jaw.

Maybe you want to bring your hands onto your heart,

Or one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Maybe on your head,

Or maybe hold your lovely face into your hands.

And stay still,

Surrendering into your own being.

Remember who you are,

A being of love and light.

Take a moment to thank yourself for who you are,

And all that you do that feels right to you,

And accept that it might feel wrong to someone else.

And that's ok,

You're only doing your best.

Gentle,

Gentle with yourself.

Gentle,

Gentle.

As you're sinking into your breath,

Let go of the wound of rejection.

Let go of the ego being frustrated,

And give him a little tap,

Smiling at him saying that's ok.

That's ok ego,

It will work out.

And today,

Rest.

I know that you don't really like the here and now,

But give it a little go.

Have a rest in the surrender.

To end this meditation bring your hands onto your scalp,

And gentle make small circles with the tip of your fingers on your scalp,

Very gentle.

Follow your intuition,

Go on to form your forehead,

To your temples,

To your jaw's junction where we hold a lot of tension.

At the bottom of your head,

On your occipital,

On your ears,

On your ear's lobe,

Gentle pinch them and pull them.

There.

Sitting back,

Bringing your hand to the side of your body,

Resting your hand onto your lap if you're sitting down.

Take a moment to feel the energy vibrating all over your head,

All over your body.

For the next minute,

Silence.

Staying in your breath,

And with the colour of your choice.

Slight silence.

To end this meditation I invite you to choose an intention.

I choose to.

.

.

Je choisir de les sais faire les choses.

I choose to.

.

.

Trust.

Je choisir de faire confiance.

And see what happens.

If you feel like it,

I'll share with you one exercise that I love doing,

That I find very cathartic.

I write down on a piece of paper all I want to let go of,

All my frustrations.

And I burn them,

And watch the flame burn them.

Or I rip it off,

And let it go in the wind.

Or I flush it down the toilets.

That's it for now.

All the love.

You are loved.
