Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Angela,
And I will be taking you on a journey of connecting with your inner magic.
Let's start by slowing down and getting into the present moment.
Letting yourself quiet the noise in your head by connecting with your breath,
Just letting your breath rise and fall naturally,
And noticing the sensations that you feel against your skin,
Noticing what you hear,
What you see in your mind's eye,
What you taste,
Just taking in all of your senses as they flow and swirl around and pulling your attention towards your breath.
And as your thoughts drift and your attention drifts away,
Just notice that,
And pulling your attention back towards your breath and that nice,
Easy flow.
And as we let ourselves get connected with that inner magic,
We drift into a place of spontaneity,
This ocean of creativity,
A place that's freeing without limits,
Without barriers.
And we let ourselves just explore what comes to us along this journey.
Slowing down,
Connecting with our inner breath allows us to just connect with our inner strength and who we are.
Imagine that you're walking along a path.
This path is leading you to the path that is leading you towards a light that's glowing all the way in the distance.
As you're walking on that path and towards the light,
Just allow yourself to feel what you feel in your body as you're pulled by that light.
And letting yourself lift your head,
Looking around in your mind's eye,
Seeing all the possibilities of who you are and what you can bring to the world,
How you can shine,
How perfectly unique you are.
Walking along this path in your mind's eye,
Putting one foot in front of the other with movement and energy towards that light,
That glow,
Connecting with the feelings of freedom,
Openness,
Passion,
Love,
Joy.
Remembering any moment that comes to mind when you've felt a little lighter,
When you've felt open and inspired,
When you've felt like you're in a place where you can feel the light open and inspired,
When you've felt naturally interested in a moment that's pulled you,
That's motivated you without any work,
Without any struggle,
As if you're just pulled towards that experience.
Noticing what happens when you pay attention to that part of you that's able to be free and let go,
That doesn't have to do it right by someone else's standards.
Letting go of expectations,
Letting go of perfection.
Connecting with the part of you that believes in something.
Traveling back in time during moments in which you've felt like you're in a place traveling back in time during moments in your life.
Maybe recently,
Maybe several years ago,
Maybe when you were very young.
Noticing what stands out to you,
Those memories and moments when you were in alignment with yourself,
When it just felt right to create,
To be,
To express yourself in your own way.
That inner spark,
That inner magic,
The space that opens you up to allow yourself to be your best self in this world.
To not be inhibited by any external limitations,
External judgments or anxieties about potential limitations.
Noticing what's happening in your life and your limitations.
In this moment,
Tap into that part of yourself that believes in yourself,
That takes the risk of letting go and just trying it.
If it means that it's starting that book you've been wanting to write or creating the art project that's been in your mind or speaking to an audience about something that's meaningful to you.
Whatever it is,
Starting to look deep within yourself at that inner magic,
That inner belief of infinite possibilities.
