Universe,
And Guides of the Highest Compassion,
Please surround me with light energy and love.
I deeply appreciate the way that you always show up for me.
It is safe to feel the loving energy of the Universe and my ancestors and angels surrounding me.
I am surrounded by love,
Light,
And cosmic energy at all times.
Love is a waterfall that I am standing underneath.
Please deeply inhale all of the love and support.
Feel the love and support of the Universe cascading over your body,
Soul,
And spirit,
Cleansing your whole heart of any limiting beliefs,
Cleansing your body,
Mind,
And soul,
Washing away any ties to the past,
Conscious,
Or subconscious that are binding you.
Feeling all of those ties and limiting energies flow away from your body.
Deeply inhale and sigh out the mouth,
A big belly sigh,
Being cleansed and transformed in this powerful waterfall.
This powerful waterfall is transforming you across all time,
Dimensions,
Space,
And realities,
Clearing any ancestral ties in your bone marrow and cells,
Allowing those spaces to be filled with a soft pink and white light.
This light is bouncing and dancing off of every cell in your body,
Floating through the magical spaces within and multiplying,
Dancing and changing,
Transforming and healing.
This loving light energy is transforming and moving any sadness,
Trauma,
Or darkness into the waterfall,
This waterfall of deep love,
Abundance,
And of power and joy.
Stand with your arms wide open underneath that waterfall of light.
Stand with your arms wide open and say,
I receive you.
I deserve this light.
While breathing deeply into your stomach,
I deserve all of this.
I am loved and safe.
Compassion surrounds me with loving pink and white energy.
The love I feel for myself multiplies.
The love I feel for myself multiplies every day and is reflected back to me over and over again.
I deserve love and healing.
Now allow yourself to soak in all of this light energy.
Slowly cross your arms across your chest and give yourself a deep hug.
Feel loved,
Understood,
And supported by the universe,
Your angels,
And guides of the highest truth and compassion.
Feel your hug being deepened by their love flowing to you and through you.
Inhale,
Exhale out,
