The best way to listen to this recording is to sit down or lie down,

Take a nice gentle deep breath,

Make yourself comfortable,

And as you exhale,

You just simply allow your eyes to close.

Now if at any point during this recording you wish to open your eyes,

You simply can.

During this recording,

Your mind may wander off.

That's quite natural.

The suggestions are still going in.

And if you choose to listen to this recording,

Lasting at night,

As you go to bed,

You may find that you drift naturally into a deep,

Natural,

Easy sleep.

The suggestions will of course still go in to the unconscious mind.

You will waken normally,

Refreshed and relaxed in the morning.

Enjoy the recording.

Take a nice gentle deep breath and simply allow your eyes to close as I guide you down into relaxation.

The relaxation you're going to experience here on this recording is slow and gentle.

There's nothing that you can do that's wrong.

Simply just allow whatever experiences you're going to experience happen.

Simply just allow yourself to follow the instructions.

Take your awareness down,

Down through your body,

Down through your hips,

Down through your legs,

Down into your feet.

Be aware of the weight of your feet,

The weight of the muscles within your feet.

And allow the muscles of your feet to relax.

You can do this by either squeezing and letting go,

Or you simply just imagine relaxing.

Either way,

The muscles in the feet are softening and loosening.

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Limp and slack.

Move up into the calves,

Letting them relax.

Squeeze and relax,

Or imagine them relaxing.

Limp and slack.

Move up into the thighs,

Letting them relax.

Soft and limp and slack.

As if the muscles are switching off.

Release and relax the stomach muscles.

Softening,

Loosening.

Limp and slack.

Now the chest,

And around and down your back.

Limp and soft,

Slack and relaxed.

Move up into the neck,

Allowing the muscles around and behind your neck to switch off,

To loosen,

To soften.

Down into the shoulders,

Imagine your shoulders dropping.

And down through the arms,

Relaxing.

Down through the elbows,

Softening.

Down through the wrists,

Relaxing.

Down into the hands,

Fingers,

Thumbs.

Limp and soft and slack.

Relax the muscles in your jaw.

The tongue,

The mouth,

The cheeks.

And even into the forehead and scalp.

Limp and soft and slack.

As the muscles relax,

They become heavier.

And as they become heavier,

You relax.

As the muscles lose their natural,

Everyday tension,

They become heavier.

This is a feeling to welcome,

To accept.

Notice where in your body is beginning to feel a little heavier at the moment.

And welcome that heaviness.

Imagine it building up.

Imagine your body filling with heaviness.

Sinking down deeper and deeper.

Deeper and heavier.

Imagine your body at its own pace becoming as heavy as lead.

Just let your body go.

Heavier and heavier.

And as you sit or lie there,

Becoming increasingly relaxed,

You'll find that this is one of those rare occasions in life where there's absolutely nothing of any importance for you to do.

Except to listen to the sound of my voice.

The sound of my voice that helps you to relax ever deeper.

Deeper and deeper as we go on.

As you drift deeper down into trance,

Into relaxation,

Into that quiet,

Inner time,

Your breathing has already slowed.

Notice where in your body is moving as you breathe in and out.

And if it feels comfortable,

If it feels right,

Move your breathing further down within your body.

Deeper down.

So that your belly's rising and falling.

As you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Don't slow down your breathing.

Just simply become aware of that movement.

Notice how as you exhale,

It seems as if you're relaxing just a little more.

As if,

Internally,

Your body's taking a little step down,

Deeper and heavier.

Spend a few moments now,

Allowing each exhalation to take you deeper and deeper relaxed.

In a few moments in time,

You'll hear me slowly count down from ten to one.

And with each descending number between ten and one,

You're becoming one tenth more relaxed.

Ten percent more relaxed with each descending number.

Each descending number will help you to drift one tenth deeper into that wonderful state of relaxation.

The light,

Trance,

Heavy,

Relaxed state that,

In any event,

Becomes deeper and deeper during this recording.

Whilst I'm counting,

You may experience a slight,

Though very pleasant,

Physical sensation.

It may seem from time to time as if you're floating.

Floating down.

Down into your own inner world.

Down into the part of yourself that contains everything you need.

To change.

In healthy,

Positive,

Beneficial ways.

If you can,

If it feels comfortable,

Exhale with each descending number.

For you already know that,

As you exhale,

You drift a little deeper.

So ready.

Let's begin the countdown now.

Ten.

Nine.

Deeper and deeper relaxed.

Eight.

Seven.

Drifting down.

Six.

Deeper and deeper.

Five.

Deeper still.

Four.

Three.

And deeper.

Two.

And one.

All the way deep,

Down,

Relaxed.

Deeper and deeper relaxed.

Deeper.

And deeper relaxed.

And staying deeply relaxed.

As mentioned earlier,

There may be times that your mind wanders.

You know,

It doesn't really matter where you go.

It doesn't matter where you drift.

My voice will drift with you.

My voice will be there with you.

So that you'll continue to benefit from positive suggestions,

No matter where you are.

So that you continue responding to me on an unconscious level.

No matter where you drift.

As your body is becoming heavier.

As you're becoming deeper and deeper relaxed.

Your unconscious mind can take you to your favorite place of relaxation.

A place that may be real or imaginary.

A place that may be familiar or a pleasant surprise.

Allow your unconscious mind to take you there.

Now.

And drift off.

Down into that favorite place of relaxation.

Into a place of safety and security.

Peace.

Tranquility.

Beauty.

And as your unconscious mind allows you to experience your favorite place of relaxation.

You'll find that the sound of my voice helps you to relax deeper and deeper.

As I speak directly to your unconscious mind.

With information of importance.

Importance to you.

Focus your attention on an area in the middle of your forehead.

You may soon begin to feel a tingling sensation there.

Bring all of your attention to that area.

In the middle of your forehead.

Many people call this the third eye.

Focus your consciousness.

Bring the full power of your awareness to enhance well-being in your body.

Let this spot of attention become as small as you can.

Let all your consciousness be concentrated in that very small area.

Now project this point to an area.

About a foot above your head.

And let it expand into a ball of light a couple of inches across.

A glowing sphere of radiant,

Beautiful,

Healing,

White light.

Become aware of the glowing nature of this sphere.

Feel the warmth.

And maybe even feel the faint vibrations of this beautiful object.

And now let it begin to slowly expand.

Let it expand until it's four times the size.

Still beautiful,

Energized,

Glowing white.

And allow the bottom of the sphere to open.

And as it does so,

The radiant white light healing energy begins to flow downwards.

Feel and see this radiant healing energy entering your body through the top of your head.

As the energy flows slowly down through your body,

Any dis-ease or discomfort will be recognized as a blockage,

Hindering the free flow of the healing white light.

Whenever a blockage is discovered,

The healing white light slowly begins to dissolve and disintegrate that obstruction.

Until it simply melts away.

Healing that part of you.

And allowing the white light to continue its journey.

So allow the white light to continue flowing downwards.

Down from the head.

Into the neck.

Down through the shoulders.

Down through the arms.

The elbows,

The wrists,

The hands and fingers.

Back up the arms and down the chest.

Both front and back.

Down into the stomach.

Down into the lower back.

Down through the hips.

Down into the legs and feet.

And out of the feet into the ground.

Allow yourself not only to see this energy,

To feel it pour through your body,

But continue to feel this downpour of healing energy coming from that sphere above your head.

Through your entire body.

Out of your feet into the floor.

Until the free flow of this beautiful,

Radiant white light energy has been established throughout your entire body.

Spend a few moments now allowing that white energy to flow freely through your body.

As the energy flows freely through your body,

You can allow the sphere to close.

And the energy flow to stop.

Now allow the sphere to get larger.

Allow it to grow to about three feet in diameter.

And allow it to descend very slowly.

So that it covers your entire body.

From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

In a few moments in time,

The sphere will begin to rotate slowly.

And as it does so,

It begins to recharge your body.

Allowing every cell,

Atom and fiber of your being to fill with healing,

Positive energy.

So now,

As the sphere begins to slowly rotate,

You can experience your healed and cleansed body becoming re-energized.

Allow every part of you to fill with positive energy and vitality.

As the sphere rotates,

It slowly begins to move upwards.

Filling the feet with energy.

The calves and the thighs.

You may be able to feel the tingling.

Filling the stomach and the lower back.

Moving up the spine,

The chest.

Filling the fingers,

The hands,

The thumbs,

The wrists.

The elbows,

The shoulders.

Into the neck.

Into the head.

And as the sphere moves above the head,

It begins to shrink slowly.

Becoming smaller and smaller.

Smaller and smaller.

And finally returning to the middle of your forehead as a point of awareness.

Because of this healing white light treatment,

After this session,

You're feeling more alive,

More energized,

More driven,

Motivated,

Determined,

More positive,

More optimistic.

And yet,

You feel more grounded,

More centered,

More balanced,

More certain.

Your mind is calmer and clearer,

More tranquil and placid than yet,

When needed,

More focused.

You're able to see things in their true perspective,

Without magnifying any difficulties,

Without ever allowing anything to get out of proportion.

Your nerves are stronger and steadier,

And your body's more relaxed.

And yet,

It remains energized.

You're feeling younger and stronger and fitter.

And as you become and as you remain more relaxed and less tense,

As you become and as you remain more energized,

So you're developing much more confidence in yourself.

More confidence in your ability to do not only what you have to do each day,

But more confidence in your ability to do whatever you ought to be able to do,

For you are back in control.

You have patience,

Calm and relaxed determination.

Nothing can shake it.

You go on patiently day to day listening to this recording,

Relaxing deeply,

Sleeping better,

Eating healthier,

Becoming more positive,

And every day,

In its own way,

Is now a success.

You grow accustomed to your success,

And very soon those wonderful feelings of power,

Control,

Healing,

Positivity,

Happiness,

Energy,

Drive and determination,

Motivation,

Positivity,

Optimism,

And success are very,

Very important to you.

And it may feel as if a weight has been lifted,

A burden has been removed,

Allowing you to live your life in a way that is so much happier,

Healthier,

And satisfying,

Satisfying to you in every way.

In a few moments,

As we come towards the end of this recording,

You'll hear me count from one to ten.

At each ascending number,

Between one and ten,

You become a little bit more aware and alert.

At eight,

Gently open your eyes.

At ten,

You're fully back,

Every single part of you,

Back in the present.

Every single part,

Apart from those blockages,

Those obstructions,

That the healing light,

Simply eradicated,

Dissolved,

Disintegrated,

They're in the past.

You're bringing back a sense of peace,

Tranquility,

Energy,

Focus,

Clarity of thought,

Happiness,

Positivity,

And a lovely,

Deep and long-lasting sense of well-being.

All over,

A sense of well-being.

So at eight,

Gently open your eyes.

At ten,

You're fully back,

Alert,

Aware,

And awake.

One,

Two,

Three,

Waking up.

Four,

Five,

Six,

Waking up.

Seven,

Eight,

Eyes gently open.

Eyes gently open.

Nine,

Ten,

Wide awake.

Wide awake.

Wonderful guidance with an assuring and commanding voice, however I found the music distracting - violin too melancholic and then overly-dramatic. The voice without any music would have sufficed, or perhaps some Solfeggio frequency or binaural inocuous background sound may have been less disturbing.
