Stand up if you can do so safely.

And if it's safe to do so,

Close your eyes.

Feel your feet on the floor.

Feel your roots growing down from your feet.

Down into the floor.

Allow any negativity,

Any discomfort,

Any unease to simply flow down through your body and out into Mother Earth.

Imagine your body letting go of all unnecessary unease.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

Relax.

Down through your body and away.

That's right.

Now gently open your eyes and retain this relaxation.
