It's time to breathe and relax.

Make yourself comfortable,

With your feet flat on the floor,

Your hands in your lap.

Close your eyes and breathe in and out.

In and down and up and out.

Notice the difference in the temperature between the in-breath and the out-breath.

Notice now how you can imagine that as you breathe out,

You're breathing warmth into the hands and the fingers and the thumbs.

That's good.

Don't try just.

Allow it to happen.

Shift your focus to your feet.

And breathe warmth and relaxation into your feet.

Feel the muscles relaxing.

Move your attention to your shoulders.

Breathe warmth and relaxation into the shoulders.

Very gentle.

Simply allow it to happen.

And now breathe warmth and relaxation into every part of your body.

Good.

Flowing down.

Relaxing.

Comforting.

Warming.

Heavy.

Still.

Relaxed.

And notice how relaxed you've become.

As you start to wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your fingers.

Take a nice gentle deep breath in and out.

And allow your eyes to gently open.

You're rested and refreshed and relaxed.

It may be a good idea to go and drink a glass of water.

Fully back.

Rested,

Refreshed,

Relaxed.

Be good to yourself.
