
Attract Love
Love is life’s greatest gift. Every human being desires loving and being loved. However for many people, the fear of rejection, losing love, criticism or loneliness prevents them from finding the loving relationship they seek. Attract Love takes you through the process of learning to love yourself, love others and ultimately receive. Overcome fear of rejection, criticism or loneliness, learn how to change how you feel about yourself, build honest and fulfilling relationships and lead a happier life.

Hi,
This is Andrew Johnson.
This recording is designed to guide you down into a deep,
Natural state of physical and emotional relaxation.
So never play this recording when you're driving or operating machinery.
Now take some time to make yourself comfortable.
You can lie down or you can sit down,
It doesn't matter,
As long as you're comfortable.
Take a nice gentle deep breath in and out and close your eyes.
Just allow your eyes to gently close and we'll start the relaxation procedure.
Become aware of how your body is,
The weight of your body,
The muscles within your body.
We're going to start relaxing each and every one of those muscles.
Don't try too hard,
Just simply allow it to happen.
Focus on the muscles in your feet.
Give your toes a wiggle.
Move the ankles and relax the muscles.
Imagine the muscles in the feet softening and loosening.
Imagine the feet releasing and relaxing.
That's good.
Move into the calves now and relax the calf muscles.
Imagine them loosening and softening,
Releasing and relaxing.
And up through the knees into the thighs.
Imagine the thigh muscles switching off,
Softening and loosening,
Releasing and relaxing.
As the muscles in the feet and the calves and the thighs relax,
The muscles are very quickly now going to start feeling a little heavier.
You may not notice it immediately,
But it will start to happen soon.
You can help this feeling of heaviness along by just imagining it happening.
Imagine the feet and the calves and the thighs becoming heavier and heavier.
Sinking down,
Heavier and heavier.
Just let it happen.
That's good.
Notice the muscles in your stomach and imagine them relaxing.
Let them loosen and soften.
Let them release and relax.
And soften all the muscles down your back.
Allow the muscles of the back to switch off.
You may find yourself sinking a little deeper as you do this.
You let go.
And into the neck now.
Relax the muscles in the neck.
Release the muscles in the shoulders.
In the shoulders,
Softening,
Loosening,
Releasing and relaxing.
And down through the arms,
Through the elbows,
Down through the arms,
Through the wrists,
Tune into the hands and fingers and thumbs.
Imagining the muscles relaxing.
And notice the weight of your arms and hands.
Can you imagine your arms and hands becoming heavier?
Just imagine it happening.
Simply let go and allow the heaviness to increase.
Doing wonderfully.
As the heaviness increases,
Your body relaxes.
And as your body relaxes,
The heaviness increases.
Enjoy it.
Allow it.
Relax your jaw,
Your mouth,
Your tongue.
Relax the cheeks and the nose.
Relax the eyes.
Relax the forehead.
Soften the scalp.
Relaxing,
Relaxing,
Softening.
Notice how relaxed you've become.
How easy this procedure has been.
And you could wonder how relaxed you're going to become throughout the rest of this recording.
You can wonder how heavy you're going to become.
How still.
How comfortable are you now?
Simply let it happen.
And you'll find that this is one of those rare times in life where there's nothing of any importance for you to do except to listen to the sound of my voice.
The sound of my voice that helps you to drift ever deeper.
Ever deeper.
Relax good.
In a few moments in time,
You'll hear me slowly count down from 10 to 1.
When with each slow descending number between 10 and 1,
You're becoming a little deeper,
A little heavier,
A little more relaxed.
Each descending number will help you drift about one-tenth more relaxed,
One-tenth heavier,
One-tenth more comfortable.
Each descending number helping you at your own pace.
Drift deeper.
So ready.
Let's begin.
Ten.
Nine.
Drifting down.
Eight.
Seven.
Deeper and deeper relaxed.
Six.
Five.
Four.
Drifting deeper and heavier.
Three.
Two.
And one.
All the way down.
Deep,
Deep down relaxed.
As you become deeper relaxed,
You may find it time that your mind wanders off.
It doesn't matter.
It simply doesn't matter where you go,
Where you drift,
What you think of.
You see,
My voice will be there with you.
My voice will be drifting there with you,
Allowing you to benefit from relaxation.
Suggestions.
Positivities.
Visualizations.
Your unconscious mind accepts what it recognizes to be positive and healthy and beneficial.
And so you can just let go,
Relax,
Allow.
In a few moments,
You'll hear me say the word,
Now.
Before you hear me say the word,
Now.
Imagine a wave of relaxation flowing down through you.
Relaxing,
Softening,
Loosening,
Comforting.
Allowing your body to sink that little deeper,
That little bit heavier.
A little more comfortable too.
In fact,
There may be times that your body becomes so naturally comfortable,
You may not even be aware of it.
There may be times you're not even aware of your body at all.
If you have any remaining unnecessary tension,
You can simply let it wash away.
Just let it wash away.
Now.
Let the sound and the sensations flow through you,
Releasing,
Relaxing,
Softening.
Now.
Slower and slower.
Heavier and heavier.
Deeper.
And deeper.
Now.
Your mind is now open,
Receptive to what I say.
And your unconscious mind is ready,
Open,
Inviting.
Accepting positive,
Healthy,
Beneficial suggestions.
Love is life's greatest gift.
Every human being desires loving and being loved.
As social beings,
We need other people.
We seek the fulfillment of loving human relationships.
These relationships help us deal with the ebb and flow of life.
They nourish us and feed our emotions.
Close contact,
Touch,
Care,
Sharing and love are healthy expressions of our time here.
Many of us fear the opposite,
However.
We fear rejection,
Losing love,
Criticism,
Loneliness.
And very often these negative emotions and thoughts and fears are reflected outward in our behavior.
And those behaviors in turn create the very situations we fear.
This is a state of mind.
A set of negative thought patterns.
And the answer to these negativities is to gently change how we feel about ourselves.
And in doing so,
We change how we react to our world.
And how our world reacts with us.
It is now time to start loving yourself in a natural,
Beautiful way.
This is the first move towards loving others and others loving you.
Allowing yourself to see your own inner and outer beauty is a huge step to seeing this beauty in other people.
You can start to attract love by creating a lasting sensation of loving energy in your life.
As your thoughts become more in tune with loving energy,
This determines the people you start to engage with in your day-to-day life.
This natural process helps attract much more love and peace and warmth and tenderness into your everyday experience.
You can begin this process now by starting to believe that you are worthy of love.
That you are worthy of love.
How do you start to feel that you are worthy of love and being loved?
The way to begin the process is simple.
You need only start loving.
You start learning to love yourself and learning to love others.
You see,
You can only give away what you have lots of.
And as you give love to yourself and others,
More love is attracted into your life.
The trust in being worthy of love is all that matters.
Trust now that you are worthy of love.
Trust now that you are worthy of love.
Your life is becoming a life of more love.
Both giving and receiving love.
And your mind and body display these new emotions and feelings and behaviors every day.
And as this happens,
You are becoming more and more at peace with yourself and happier around others.
You are seeing the beauty of others and the worlds that surrounds you.
You offer kind words,
Positivity,
Encouragement to those you meet.
And as your words raise others energy levels,
Your energy is raised at the same time.
You start to notice how connected you are with others.
It's easy now to notice the positive in everyone.
It's easier now to notice the good in everyone.
You let others know of their positive qualities,
Of their value to you.
And it's easier now to listen carefully to others,
To understand what they are saying.
You are now more considerate in how you interact with others.
You are building deeper,
More honest,
More caring relationships.
You are speaking from your heart as well as your mind.
And as this all takes shape and your energy changes,
You begin to understand what you want from a relationship,
What you will give to someone special.
As your energy changes,
You are confident now that this special person is as keen to meet you as you are to meet them.
You are being attracted towards one another.
And soon your lives will cross.
Trust.
You are now worthy of love.
You deserve love.
And you begin to feel the natural joyous energy,
The pleasure,
The wonderful natural happiness that love brings.
You realize that love is much more than words.
Love is your actions,
Your thoughts,
Your behaviors.
All the things you do.
People often believe that happiness comes only when you have found your perfect person.
This limiting belief stops you being happy in this moment.
So deep down within you,
Privately,
You decide now to be truly happy.
To be truly happy right now,
In this very moment,
Deep down inside you.
You are happy now.
And as you decide to become happy right now,
Your happiness increases,
Boosting your attractiveness,
Your positive energy,
Attracting the right people at the right times.
And so you have patience,
Calm and relaxed determination.
You trust your unconscious mind to make the changes.
And as the changes happen,
As they are going to happen,
Soon life seems simpler,
Easier,
Happier.
You can trust.
In a few moments,
As we near the end of this session,
You'll hear me count slowly up from one to ten.
With each ascending number between one and ten,
You become a little bit more aware and alert and awake.
At eight,
Gently open your eyes and at ten you're fully back,
Rested and refreshed,
Wide awake,
Every part of you back in the present.
But you're bringing back new thoughts,
New patterns,
New behaviors,
New positive habits,
New ways of being happy.
So at five,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
At eight,
Gently open your eyes and at ten,
You're fully back,
Rested and refreshed.
One,
Two,
Three,
Coming back up,
Four,
Five,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Coming back up,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Gently open your eyes,
Open your eyes,
Nine,
Ten,
Fully back,
Fully rested,
Fully refreshed.
