Welcome.
Make sure your body is as comfortable as possible.
If you'd like,
You can close your eyes and allow your body to sink into the surface beneath you.
Whatever surface is holding you up,
Notice all the places your body is being supported and held right now.
Bring your attention to your body breathing.
Notice your breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils or your mouth.
Keep your focused attention on your next few breaths.
Now see if you can allow all of your muscles to soften and relax.
Let your body really get the message that there is nothing you need to do right now except rest and breathe.
Give your body full permission to relax.
Allow your facial muscles to relax and soften.
Bring your attention to your forehead and allow all the muscles in your forehead and around your eyes to soften and relax.
Give your mouth and jaw permission to soften and let go.
Tune into your neck and shoulders,
And if there's any tightness you're aware of,
See if you can allow the muscles in your neck and shoulders to soften,
Unwind and relax.
I'd like you to imagine,
Sense or think of any energetic cords or ties that feel draining or fear based.
Notice any places in your body that feel pulled at or depleted by unhelpful cords or ties to anyone or anything outside of you.
You might be able to sense,
Feel or see these cords in different areas of your body,
Or you might just feel one cord right now.
You may be aware of or have a sense of who or what part of your body these cords are attached to,
Or you might just feel,
Imagine or sense any cords or ties that feel draining,
Fear based.
Go with whatever comes up.
Now I'd like you to imagine,
Sense or feel yourself dissolving,
Releasing or letting go of any cords you're ready to release.
You might have cords that you're not ready to completely release,
But you might want to reduce or soften those.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and feel yourself letting go or dissolving,
Cutting or reducing any ties that you're ready to release.
You can see these ties or cords going back into the Earth or into the ocean or simply dissolving.
Go with whatever comes to you.
Notice what it's like to be free of the energetic cords or ties that you released.
Now I'd like you to imagine,
Sense or think of a bubble of light surrounding you.
This bubble can be clear or any color you'd like.
This protective bubble can allow in any love or connections that you want to allow in,
But it can also protect you from any unwanted connections or energies.
Sense,
Feel or imagine this beautiful healing bubble of light completely surrounding you.
Notice how it feels to be surrounded by a beautiful bubble of protective light.
Good.
You can take a few deep breaths now as we prepare to end our practice.
When you're ready,
You can return your attention to your surroundings.
Notice the surface beneath you,
All the places your body is being held right now.
Notice any sounds you can hear.
You can stay here and rest as long as you'd like,
Or if you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
