To begin,
Get yourself into a comfortable position.
This can be seated or laying down.
Let's begin by taking a series of deep breaths to allow ourselves to relax into the moment.
So take a deep breath in and exhale.
Allow your body to relax into the surface holding you.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now I want you to imagine a white healing energy coming up from Mother Earth,
Entering into the soles of your feet,
Allowing that white healing energy to come into your body.
Allowing that white healing light to cleanse out anything that's not serving you,
To relax your feet.
Allow that energy to move into your ankles.
Let that healing energy continue up the lower leg,
Starting with your right lower leg,
And then your left lower leg,
Allowing that healing energy to move into your knees,
And continuing on up through your right upper leg and left upper leg,
Allowing that energy move into your knees,
And left upper leg,
Allowing that energy move into your pelvic area,
Releasing anything from there that is not serving you,
Allowing you to completely relax,
Allowing the energy to move into your stomach,
Up into your chest,
And then into your stomach,
Up into your chest,
And down your back.
Allow the energy to move down your right arm all the way to your fingertips,
And down your left arm all the way to your fingertips.
Let that relaxation energy move into your shoulders,
Releasing any tension that you're holding on tightly there.
Let it move up your neck,
Into your head,
Fully relaxing your entire body,
And then your left arm,
And then your left arm,
Fully relaxing your entire body.
Take a moment to allow that energy to go back to whatever area of your body needs more relaxation right now.
Now allow that energy to be released out the top of your head,
Where it will be cleansed and returned back to Mother Earth.
Now take a moment to notice what feelings are coming up.
When you identify an emotion,
Allow yourself to feel it.
Allow yourself to acknowledge this emotion.
Allow this emotion to communicate to you whatever you need to hear right now.
Now thank the emotion for whatever information it has given you.
And then release it.
Take a few moments to identify whatever other emotions may be coming up,
Allowing yourself to feel them,
Asking what information they have for you,
And then releasing them.
Now let's take a moment to recognize what emotions are coming up.
