Good morning.
This guided meditation will help you identify how you want to show up in your day,
And what you want to do to achieve your goals.
Begin by getting yourself into a comfortable position.
I do recommend that you do this seated with a pen and paper handy,
Just in case you have any insights you don't want to forget.
Now turn your attention to your breath.
Watch how it flows.
Notice if it gets stuck or if it changes its pace.
Do not judge it,
Simply observe.
Allow each breath you take to get deeper and deeper.
And as you do,
It begins to relax and center you.
Staying in this calm state,
Let's explore some questions to help you decide how you want your day to go.
What trait do I want to maintain throughout the day?
Is it calm,
Or focus,
Or something else that you want to carry throughout your day?
Hold to mind a goal you are working on,
And ask yourself,
What task related to this would make me happy at bedtime if it is accomplished?
What might stop me from achieving this?
How can I ensure this does not happen?
Now visualize yourself having accomplished this task.
How does it make you feel?
Sit with this emotion and let it flow through your entire body,
Allowing yourself to remember throughout the day this feeling.
Begin to come back to this present moment.
If you feel like there was more things that you want to accomplish,
You can do this meditation again.
You can also use it after you have achieved what you wanted and still have time left in your day.
Take a moment right now to go ahead and jot down what did come up,
Those feelings,
And what you need to do.
This way,
Throughout the day,
You can refer back to what you wanted when you first started the day.
