Get yourself into a comfortable position Begin to close your eyes and start to focus on your breath Noticing the rhythm and movement of your breath Where is it in your body?
Is it fast?
Is it slow?
Let's begin to focus on slowing our breath down Slowly take in a deep breath Allowing it to move through your entire body And exhale slowly As you inhale slowly,
Allow that calm to float through your entire body Relaxing it as you breathe Exhale slowly Breathing in relaxation and calm And releasing And releasing And releasing Now that you are starting to relax You can imagine yourself laying down and slowly being covered by a warm and comfortable blanket And as the blanket covers each and every part of your body From your toes to the top of your head You can allow yourself to relax further and further It starts at your feet and you can feel the warm softness of the blanket as it slowly pulls over you Covers your feet and ankles and moves up on your lower legs Covering your shins and calves with its calming warmth as you allow yourself to snuggle into it and relax a little bit more Next the blanket is pulled up over your knees and up onto your thighs You can feel the softness and warmth of the material as it wraps its way around you And allows you to be warm and relaxed It moves up over your legs and pelvis,
Crossing your midway point and starting up towards your belly and lower back As it reaches your lower back,
The warmth soothes any pain that might be there,
Allowing you to relax even further It crosses your stomach and is pulled up towards your chest As it covers your arms and moves up your chest,
You start to get that feeling of when you are tucked up in a warm bed ready to sleep The blanket tucks its way around your shoulders and neck and feels just so comfortable as you move it up Allow yourself to pull this blanket up as high as you are comfortable with it going Allowing it to warm you and reassure you that you are safe and relaxed right here and now Take a moment to enjoy this feeling Now call in your spirit guides to help you on this journey Ask them to show you where you are off your path that you are supposed to be on The blanket tucks its way around your shoulders and neck and feels just so comfortable as you are comfortable with it going Allow yourself to pull this blanket up as high as you are comfortable with it going Ask them to show you the way back to the right path for you Allow yourself to pull this blanket up as high as you are comfortable with it going Allow yourself to pull this blanket up as high as you are comfortable with it going Ask them if there is any other information that you need right now Allow yourself to pull this blanket up as high as you are comfortable with it going Allow yourself to pull this blanket up as high as you are comfortable with it going Thank your spirit guides for their guidance Now slowly begin to bring your presence back to the room that you are in Opening your eyes,
Notice the colors and sounds that are surrounding you Wiggling your hands and feet,
