Hi and welcome to Real Happy Yoga Meditation for Calmness.

First,

Pick a soothing,

Restful space that you can feel relaxed.

You can sit or you can lie down.

If you choose to sit,

It's perfectly fine to have your back supported.

Make this experience as cozy and comfortable for yourself as you can.

Now you can close your eyes.

If you don't feel like it,

Just let it happen naturally when it does.

Slowly draw your attention inwards.

Focus on your natural breath.

Just observe it.

Observe its pure,

Relevant pace with absolutely no judgement.

If you realize your focus has been carried away by a thought,

It's perfectly fine.

Just kindly bring your attention back to your breath.

Thoughts are part of meditation.

Feel the air coming in and out of your nostrils.

As you inhale,

Your belly fills up with air.

As you exhale,

All the air comes out.

If you want,

You can place your left hand on your belly just to feel it moving up and down as you breathe.

You can lay it back down any time.

Inhale,

Exhale.

You'll notice your breath becoming slower and slower,

Deeper and deeper.

Longer in breaths,

Longer out breaths.

Your whole body is relaxed.

From your hands,

Arms,

Head,

Face,

Front,

Upper body and back.

To your pelvis,

Legs and feet.

Oh,

Your body feels completely relaxed.

Give over Hair.

Inside your body,

You breathe very lightly.

And so,

You feel very light yourself.

You feel lighter and lighter as you breathe.

Visualize a calm sandy beach.

The sun is shining.

Feel its light and warmth.

See the sunlight sparkling on the waters.

Look at the ocean.

See the waves of the water coming in and out of the sea.

With each inhalation,

Visualize the waves going deep into the ocean.

With each exhalation,

Visualize the waves coming out to the beach.

Inhale,

Waves going in.

Exhale,

Waves coming out.

Slowly and peacefully.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale the breeze,

Lightness and clarity of the waters.

Exhale all that is unnecessary,

Deserving thoughts,

Situations or people in your life.

Let them go.

Thank them,

For they have so observed purpose.

Inhale,

Welcome all the beauty.

Exhale,

Release all that is no longer serving you.

Respect what comes in.

Respect what comes out.

Love what is yet to be received.

Love what has already manifested.

Love everything in between.

Love all.

Love now.

Inhale,

Exhale.

The waters are washing up treasures.

Collect your treasures from the beach.

Collect light,

Beauty,

Love,

Bravery,

Generosity,

Kindness,

Gratitude,

Faith.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Keep those treasures in your heart and radiate them all around.

Inhale,

Release all that is necessary.

Inhale,

Release all that is necessary.

Inhale,

Release all that is necessary.

You can slowly open your eyes or stay longer in your meditation.

Thank you for choosing to be present with us.

May you always be in the light of now.

Namaste.
