Welcome to this healing meditation with a focus on healing the collective.
It all starts with ourselves when we allow peace in our hearts.
Peace can flow into our relationships,
Our partnerships,
Our acquaintances,
Our day-to-day contact moments with other people.
And it can begin to find its way around our street,
Our neighborhood,
Our village,
Our city,
Our country.
It can begin to spread throughout multiple countries,
Continents,
And reach the whole globe.
And it all begins with you.
Pain and trauma are passed down generation by generation.
But so is our strengths,
Our resilience,
And our capacity to love.
Our human capacity to bounce back,
Our post-traumatic growth skill.
Let's take a moment to regulate our nervous systems and take a full exhale,
Completely emptying your lungs,
Your stomach,
And your belly.
And as you inhale,
Completely filling up your belly,
Your stomach,
And your lungs with fresh,
Cleansing air,
Allowing that full exhale out,
And a cleansing breath in.
And one last time in your own pace.
Allowing the breath to return back to its normal rhythm.
Setting our intention that this practice is for the highest good of all sentient beings on earth.
I am healing for you.
You are healing for me.
The conscious collective is being sent healing energy and deep peace.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be safe.
May you be free of worries.
May you be free of danger.
May you be held in safety.
May you feel warm and loved.
May all and any pain be transformed into healing.
May peace bloom in our hearts.
May it bloom to a beautiful flower.
May this flower grow in every single heart of every single sentient being on earth.
May we all step into our compassionate selves.
May we all wish each other well.
Conscious collective healing.
Conscious individual healing.
May we all be safe,
Held,
