Gratitude Meditation Hello,
My name is Ana Barreto.
This meditation is a great support when you are feeling angry at someone or at a circumstance.
Perhaps you are feeling victimized,
Impatient,
Looking for an outcome that has not happened yet.
Unfortunately,
We don't control people or events,
Only how we react to them.
When we filter our lives through the lenses of gratitude and practice a sincere meditation,
We change our energy and become magnets for our dreams and begin to see the results we seek.
Let's meditate together.
Find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for 20 to 25 minutes.
We begin by taking three long,
Deep,
And slow breaths.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
This will signal your body of your intention to relax.
As we open our awareness,
We feel our space,
Pillow,
And the soft clothes against our skin.
Take another long breath.
It will help you to find a position to relax.
Repeat after me.
You can say it out loud or to yourself.
This is a sacred space,
And so it is.
This is a sacred space,
And so it is.
This house is a sacred space,
And so it is.
I am safe.
I am supported.
I am open to receive insights and healing.
Breathe deeply.
Relax all your muscles,
Especially your neck and your shoulders.
Find a comfortable pattern of breathing.
We are going on a healing journey.
This will be very good for your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
You have been there before.
Relax and let your awareness take you there.
Imagine your spirit leaving your body and flying up into the sky.
You are flying out towards a beautiful beach.
You can see it from a distance.
Keep flying.
You are getting closer.
It's a sanctuary,
And it's safe.
You have arrived,
And you see the beautiful,
Peaceful beach.
There are beautiful crystals all around.
The sand is soft and white.
The skies are a beautiful blue.
The warm emerald water caresses the sand with gentle waves.
You marvel at the sea,
Birds flying,
And dolphins swimming nearby.
You see a small child playing with the shells on the sand.
She looks at you and smiles,
Welcoming you to this beautiful,
Calming,
Peaceful sanctuary.
This child is one of your guides.
She is there to help you.
The child gives you a gift.
Take it and open it.
It's a beautiful,
Soft,
White shawl,
And you wrap yourself with it.
You feel protected.
The child invites you on a walk along the beach.
She gives you her hand.
Holding your hand,
She takes you along the shore.
You wet your feet and feel the warmth of the sand and the water.
It's a beautiful day to go for a walk.
The child shows you five paper boats,
Like the ones we made as a child,
And five beautiful,
Large white roses.
You have never seen roses,
They're large and so radiant white.
She invites you to sit on the sand.
The child asks you to celebrate some aspects of your life and release others that you are ready to let go.
She asks you to pick the first rose.
Bring to memory an aspect of your health you appreciate.
Don't overthink.
Find one thing about your health that you are grateful for,
Even if you have been ill.
What is the first thing that comes to mind?
When it comes to mind,
Kiss the white rose as an act of gratitude.
Hand the rose to the child.
See the child place the white rose on the paper boat and send it off on the water.
As you watch the boat take the rose,
Feel gratitude for your health.
Take the second rose.
Bring to memory an aspect of your relationship you are grateful for.
Find one thing,
Even if you dislike your partner or a family member.
What is the first thing that comes to mind?
When it comes to mind,

Feel gratitude for what you have in all of your relationships.
Take the third rose.
Bring to memory an aspect of your career you are grateful for.
Find one aspect of your career or job,
Even if you dislike what you do.
What is the first thing that comes to mind?
When it comes to mind,

Feel gratitude for what you have in your career or job.
Take the fourth rose.
Bring to memory an aspect of your finances you appreciate.
Find one aspect of your finances,
Even if you feel broke and discouraged or don't have enough money to pay your bills.
What is the first thing that comes to mind?
When it comes to mind,
Kiss the rose as an act of gratitude.
Hand the rose to the child.
See the child place the rose on the paper boat and send it off on the water.
Feel gratitude for what you have in abundance.
Take the fifth rose.
Bring to memory an aspect of your life you need to appreciate.
Find the biggest problem you have right now.
I will be quiet so you can recall any aspect of your life that brings you pain,
Anxiety or fear.
You may feel that you are not ready to be grateful yet,
But try.
What is the first thing that comes to mind?
When it comes to mind,

Watch the five paper boats with the large white rose as a far.
Ask your guides for insights on the attitudes you need to have for the next 30 days.
