Transcript

Starting to connect with your body.

We get to find within your body,

Your true ground of being.

Inhaling all the way to your belly,

Filling up your belly.

And exhaling down your belly into your root chakra.

Right at the base of your spine,

Exhale.

Inhale from the soles of your feet into the base of your spine and hold.

And exhale all the way down into the earth.

Inhale from below your feet,

A couple of feet below your feet,

Inhaling through your soles up your legs,

Up your root,

And into your belly.

And as you fill up your belly,

Exhale into your heart and into your crown and out to the sky.

Slowly allowing more and more life force to come into your body.

And now inhaling from the sky,

Inhaling from the wind,

Inhaling from the sound into your heart,

All the way into your heart.

And exhaling down into your belly,

Exhaling down into your legs,

All the way to a deep,

Deep exhale,

All the way into the earth,

Reaching the earth below the earth.

Feeling your body to relax so tenderly,

So gently,

Relax.

Letting the weight of your body begin to melt to the back of your chair or the floor or the bottom of your cushion.

Feeling how that movement as you breathe in and out,

More life force,

You create a gentle,

Trustworthy rocking in your body,

A very gentle movement from the simple breath you take.

And just notice how the simple breath rocks your body into stillness,

Into knowing that all is well,

That right here,

Right now,

You are safe to be.

And from this place where you allow all of you to rest into the earth,

Begin noticing if your body wants to move or sound in the slowest motion as if it was in incredibly thick waters,

As if you were moving and dancing inside of honey,

Allowing your spine to move gently inside the honey,

Allowing the sweet weighted embrace all around you to be present,

Feeling the support of the earth around you,

Below you.

And as you breathe,

Notice if there's any sound that gets to come out,

Really integrating sound into your body to find your ground.

And starting with a very simple mmm sound as you move and sway,

Welcome in an mmm sound,

As gently vibrating the mmm sound in your mouth and allowing that vibration to move inside of your body.

Keep going,

Moving the mmm into your heart,

Moving the mmm to run along your spine up and down,

Moving the mmm all the way to your feet as it makes contact with the ground.

Mmm,

Relaxing your jaw.

Mmm,

Bringing in a deep breath and we're going to go the heart sound,

Ha.

So just gently touching your heart,

Ha,

Feeling the ha vibration in your heart.

And you might need to change the tone of the sound to meet your heart.

So it might be high pitched or it might be very low pitched.

And you get to find it by ha,

You see.

Now you try.

Inhale and ha,

Relaxing into your heart,

Feeling your heart in your body through the heart.

Do this vibration.

One more time,

Inhale and ha,

And feel the relaxation of your heart which relaxes your whole nervous system,

Melting into your body,

Ha.

And again,

Inhale.

See if you can melt a little deeper and maybe if it's possible,

Maybe you can lie back,

Ha,

Opening your jaw and allowing all of your weight to melt into the ground.

Inhale,

Ha,

Relaxing,

Yeah,

Beautiful.

And just feeling this rise and fall with your breath of your body,

Feeling your chest rise and fall.

And with each relaxation,

With each fall,

There is more and more released into the earth.

The earth energy is here to ground,

Support and be an unwavering presence for you,

For your existence,

For your being,

For all of you.

The ground is this ever expansive,

Infinite,

Immovable,

Yet all welcoming presence that supports and holds all that you bring.

Even if it is the shadowiest,

The densest material,

The earth is here to support you.

And as you create more relationship with the earth frequency,

More relationship with this sense of ground internally and externally,

You begin to release some of this density from inside of you.

So more of your soul,

More of your light can come in,

Can flow in.

Inhaling deep into your belly and release into the ground,

And just feeling that belly release,

Filling up your heart and release.

Allowing all of that tension from the back of your heart to be transmuted and absorbed and received fully from this beautiful earth below you.

All of your dense and heavy energy is used to support the earth.

As you process it,

As you are presenced and witnessed,

As you process the heavy and release it to the earth,

You heal yourself and generations after and before you.

Releasing this tension and stress,

Releasing energies that keep you heavy into the earth knowing that this unwavering presence is always here.

And you get to take this opportunity if you so wish to.

You get to take this opportunity right now and really vigorously breathe in.

Fill up your whole body,

Fill all of it up and exhale all of it into the earth.

Thank you for this release.

Thank you for processing this.

Thank you for allowing more of you in to be experienced and felt by those around you.

Thank you for each time you process an emotion,

Each time you allow yourself to feel.

The more you're able to connect and give love to others,

The more you get to relate to others.

Mmm,

And just gently feeling and being with all that is arising for you right now and noticing if your body needs anything,

Maybe very subtle movements,

Maybe just very subtle movements inch by inch,

Allowing your body to move itself how it wants to.

Not how you're instructing it to,

But really allowing your body to move in the way that it wants to.

In the gentlest,

Slowest motion,

Still breathing in and out,

Going at the pace of no time.

Allowing the constraints of time to blur,

Allowing the edges of your body to blur,

Allowing all of you to be melted into the earth.

Allowing the gentle vibrations created by the ripples of your breath,

Created by the ripples of the sound you hear,

And just releasing and relaxing into the earth.

Coming back to your heart,

One hand on your heart,

Feeling the center point of you,

And then allowing yourself to melt a little deeper.

Realizing that you are held by the most infinite,

Magnificent earth.

Unwavering ground,

Constant stability.

Mmm,

Trusting in the earth being right there for you,

Always as it always has been.

And feeling this connection of your heart with the heart of the earth,

And allowing yourself to relax even deeper in this embrace.

Mmm,

Ahhh,

And just a couple more breaths here,

Feeling this embrace.

Mmm,

Allowing yourself to feel your body again in this embrace.

Allowing yourself to feel this earth and this body of yours in this embrace.

Allowing yourself to feel your body,

The earth,

And the air,

The sky.

Allowing yourself to feel the fullness,

The spaciousness around you,

And relaxing into that as you come back into your body and open your eyes,

Feeling this relaxation of this interconnectedness of you,

How you are truly all of it.

You are it.

And with a gentle,

Beautiful smile upon your face,

Allow it to rise,

Allow it to form in your face.

Mmm,

And allow yourself to feel this unwavering,

Present embrace.

Always there,

Always happening.

Mmm,

The interconnectedness is always there.

And allowing yourself to take this on into your day.

Mmm,

Feeling your internal sense of ground while connecting with an external sense of ground.

Mmm,
