Slowly coming into awareness of where you are right here,
Right now.
Begin feeling your chair,
Your breath,
Your heart,
The music filling up the space around you.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhale and exhale.
Feeling little sparkling shivers moving in and out of your body.
Allowing your body to feel all that is there.
The temperature of the air holding you.
The brightness of the light around you.
The softness of the air that you inhale.
And the relaxation from each exhale.
Bringing in and releasing.
Slowly filling your body with more and more divine sparkles.
Connecting with all that is,
That which allows you to be even closer and closer to your true divine light.
Inhaling from the crown of your head and beyond it.
Exhaling the most beautiful,
Pure and radiant light.
Allowing it to come into your body and fill up your heart.
And as it fills up your heart,
Allow yourself to rest in the knowing that you are made up completely of this divine intelligence,
This divine light that you can feel pouring into you.
You are composed of layers and layers and frequencies of this divine experience.
Letting into your body the beautiful radiance of this light.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Allowing yourself to feel the beautiful connection between this divine light and your own illuminated heart.
Feeling the gentle connection as you enter your heart space.
Allowing that movement of gentle lightness as you feel the inside of your body.
And slowly,
As you begin to feel more of your heart,
Allow yourself to also begin to feel that light move even deeper and lower into your central channel.
Allowing yourself to feel your illuminated womb space.
Allowing yourself to feel your belly,
Your gut.
All relaxing slowly and gently as they receive more and more light.
Feeling that tingling sensation inside of you.
As those receptors begin to wake up and receive so gently this beautiful light of the divine.
And exhale.
Feeling the love of the divine pouring through your whole body.
Feeling that divine connection within you,
Within the universe,
Without the universe,
Inside and outside.
As you connect more and more with this divine light that is of universal divine intelligence,
There is a blurring of the internal and the external.
Your edges,
The edges of your body get a little blurrier and blurrier with each breath.
They loosen into a blurry line or figure of you.
A field of you.
And slowly you begin to notice that there is no edge between you and the universe.
There is no edge between you and the sky,
Between you and the moon,
The stars,
The sun,
The air,
The wind,
The clouds.
There is no edge between you and the earth,
The roots,
The trees.
There is no edge between you and anything that you could possibly see.
From this space there is no edge.
You are all made of the same divine intelligence,
The divine God stuff.
You are made of pure divine frequency,
Vibrating you into what we see as solid,
Vibrating you into existence.
And slowly receiving a beautiful breath right here,
Feeling this deep connection of being one with all that is,
All that exists.
You are one with all that exists.
Feeling into this space,
Even deeper feeling the energy and the vibrancy of life of existence as you acknowledge the space within you,
Feeling how beautiful it is to be alive right now,
Feeling life itself in all things.
And slowly beginning to notice your body again,
Feeling slowly your field,
Your personal vibrational field.
It might be a faster frequency or a slower frequency,
Allowing yourself to feel this beautiful serenity of your being,
Of you,
Your unique tone,
Your unique vibration,
Your unique energy.
Feeling your own music from inside of you rise up to meet your truth.
Feeling the inter connected with the other,
Feeling yourself and feeling another.
How through our own individuation we can experience ourself even deeper because we are allowed a new perspective.
We are gifted a new perspective.
Yes.
And from that place,
I invite you to now feel other people,
Other beings that you love deeply,
That you care about and notice the experience in your body when you bring to mind a person that you love deeply.
And as you feel their hearts and feel their presence here with you,
Gaze into their eyes,
Into their field and just feel into their own divinity,
Their own divine intelligent frequency.
And as you are there,
Allow yourself to rest into that and notice how you connect with another.
And notice how this tune,
This tone,
This music that is created between you and another is very different from person to person that you bring into your mind's eye.
Bringing into someone else,
Another loved one and feeling a totally different experience with them.
A totally different tone and tune being played.
A new dance being experienced with this other being that you bring into light,
That you bring into your experience.
Notice how beautiful each connection is,
How you get to dance and experience another through yourself and still knowing that you are from the same stuff.
You are from the same.
And now let's experience another.
Slowly breathing in another being in their own divine self.
Totally experienced.
A totally different kind of dance.
And just really allowing yourself to notice how beautiful you get to experience you and you get to experience the other.
Just feeling into this divine dance as you come back into your own experience.
Are you ready?
Back into you.
Just feeling your own heart,
Your own presence again and noticing how your tune and your tone and your song is forever different because of the experiences that you have with another.
You inform each other of more facets of your divinity.
And that is absolute beauty.
That is why we are here experiencing separately and together.
Just feeling the love and the gratitude in your heart fill up as you realize how magical and beautiful you are.
How your existence impacts and how others existence impacts.
Just touching your heart and feeling your wholeness because there is connection of the divine connection of self and connection with another.
We are part of a divine web of divine intelligence.
And you are seen in your full beauty.
