I want you to inhale that beautiful calm peaceful color.
I want you to exhale and surrender and let everything go.
I want you to breathe and as you breathe release any tension and stress and worries.
As you inhale give yourself permission to receive love and support from the creator,
From God,
From the universe,
From Mother Earth.
Who's always here to support you with more oxygen,
More love,
More nutrients.
And I want you to breathe and as you breathe I want you to release your grounding cord,
Release your roots into the earth.
So you can feel the vibration and the pulse of Mother Earth beneath you.
You can feel her vibration,
Her love,
Her support vibrating through the cells of her body,
Through the cells of your body.
You are one with her as you breathe in the oxygen she provides.
Feel the support in the earth beneath you because she is always supporting you.
And she's always reminding you that change is good.

And I want you to breathe and as you breathe I want you to sense,
Feel or imagine there's a beautiful doorway in the back of your heart.
And this doorway is going to take you into a magical place.
Sense,
Feel or imagine your hand is on the door and you can open it easily.
You receive a breath as the door opens and light starts shining through.
The sunshine is beaming down onto you,
Reminding you that your light is always accessible.
That the light that shines upon you is within you.
And you smile in bliss as the sunlight greets you.
You walk through this magical doorway and you notice that you are in a beautiful place in nature.
And this place is full of magical things.
And you notice off in the distance there are some plants that are planted into this beautiful place in nature.
There's sprouts coming up from the earth that you notice that are making up these plants.
I encourage you to make your way over to these sprouts that are coming out from the earth,
These plants.
And you're going to notice that there are five to six different sprouts.
These sprouts,
These plants are seeds that you planted in spring.
These could be very intentional plants or these could be unknowingly seeds that you planted through your wishes and desires and intentions.
That you spoke or prayed out into the universe.
And you're here to collect them.
You're here to check on them.
You're going to make your way over to the first sprout.
You'll hover your hands over it.
And I want you to feel your heart connect to this sprout,
This plant,
This magnificent seed that you planted that grew very mighty.
And I want you to feel your heart connect to the plant.
And as you feel your heart and your hands connect to the plant.
You're going to hear sense,
Feel or imagine what the seed represents.
And what the plant grew into.
You'll tap the ground three times.
And as you tap the ground three times,
The plant will get bigger and reveal itself to you.
It will also share with you where it's at on your journey.
Is it ready to come out of the ground?
Does it need tender love and care?
Does it need some water?
Some nourishment?
Go ahead and connect with the seed that's turned into a plant.
If the plant is ready to come out of the ground,
You put it in your pocket.
The plant might be very big,
So you might actually shrink it down so it fits in your pocket.
Or you might have a big gigantic will barrow that you can take with you of the magic that the seed holds.
If it's not ready,
You'll receive what's necessary for you to do to allow this plant,
This seed to be nourished to its fullest potential.
Go ahead and receive that if it's not ready to come out.
When you're ready,
You're going to move along to each plant.
You're going to have five to six total.
You're going to connect with each seed that's turned to plant a sprout,
An inspiration that's ready to be manifested.
Some will be ready to be loved on and continue to be loved on as it grows.
Some are ready for you to take advantage of now.
Connect with each sprout,
Allowing what wants to be revealed to be revealed.
As you sense,
Feel or imagine each connection with each seedling that you first planted a while back.

Breathing with each and every single match turned into a plant.
Allowing what's to be revealed revealed.
Breathing deeply,
Connecting with each plant.

Once you have connected with all of your sprouts and all of your seedlings,
I want you to take the ones that want to come with you and I want you to leave the ones that still require more sunshine and more love.
The ones that are staying to be nourished and blessed,
You're going to reach in your pocket and you're going to notice that you have a little magical.
Potion.
That are undisturbed and unaffected by societal norms.
This little vial of magic that makes up you.
You're going to pour a little bit onto each plant that wants to stay.
And it is okay if all of them want to stay.
If you notice that all wanted to go with you notice the ones that are still wanting to stay that you were unaware of before.
Go ahead and pour this magical energy onto it.
Watch them grow a little stronger a little wider a little bigger.
Give yourself permission to allow them to move and grow and vibrate and change at the pace that serves your highest good.
Receive a breath as you breathe with the ground and allow the sunshine to beam upon you and these intentions and the seedlings that are growing into mighty mighty beings.

And you'll take your plants that are ready to come back with you.

Which is just below your heart chakra where your belly is located.
You're going to tap that three times 123 your belly will ignite the power with a will with the creativity urge that will assist you in supporting these desires to grow to their fullest potential.
And to also take advantage of the ones that are ready to bestow upon you.

These beautiful desires wishes intentions will fade and melt into your energy field,
