Befriending Mercury Retrograde

In this audio, you have the opportunity to release heavy energies. You will be able to shift your energy around Mercury Retrograde and create a powerful relationship with Mercury Retrograde so you can experience its full magik in the most beautiful way. You will also release sadness and depression that you may be experiencing or have experienced in the past that is ready to be released so that Mercury Retrograde can support you fully.

And you're going to close your eyes.

And as you close your eyes,

I want you to drop down into your heart space.

And when you drop down into your heart space,

Take a cozy seat inside of a sacred lotus flower in your heart space.

And as you take a cozy seat,

I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine you're able to just easily sit down in this sacred space.

And then I want you to take a nice deep breath in through your nose.

A cleansing breath out through the mouth.

Another nice deep breath in.

A cleansing breath out.

And as you exhale out,

Just give your physical body permission to relax.

And then I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine from up above there's a golden crystal in light above you.

This golden crystal in light acts as an elixir,

A potion,

An energetic force that will assist you in relaxing,

Rejuvenating your body,

Mind,

And soul.

This crystal in light comes in through the crown of the head and spirals down the third eye,

The throat,

The heart,

The solar plex,

The sacral,

The root,

The earth star chakra beneath your feet,

Activating your grounding cord,

Spiraling down your grounding cord as your grounding cord enters and penetrates the earth.

Your grounding cord in this crystal and golden light energy goes down,

Down,

Down through all the layers of the earth where you're able to plug your grounding cord into Gaia's heart chakra which you may sense,

Feel,

Or imagine as a crystalline ball of energy in the center,

The core of the earth.

And when your grounding cord plugs in,

You have this sense of ease,

This sense of support,

This sense of letting go and surrendering so Gaia,

Mother Earth,

Can support you.

And as you relax on a deeper level,

You take a nice deep breath in,

Breathing in her crystal and loving,

Supportive energy.

And then you exhale.

When you exhale,

Her energy spirals up your entire body and being.

So you have this beautiful,

Sacred,

Feminine energy and sacred,

Masculine energy dancing within your body and being,

Representing balance.

And I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that these energies start to swirl around you inside of your heart space.

And as they swirl around you inside of your heart space,

They start to create a sacred container around you.

And this container is a sacred geometry shape.

And it could be a sphere,

A cube,

A star,

A pyramid,

Whatever it is,

It's creating this shape.

This shape will lift up out of your heart space and bring you across all time and space up into the cosmos.

And when you get up into the cosmos,

You're going to see,

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that there are planets spinning all around this container that you're in.

And I want you to imagine,

Sense,

Or feel there's like a window through your sacred container that you can see through.

And this beautiful window will allow you to connect to the energy of Mercury retrograde.

And so you're going to feel your heart strings going through the window and into the cosmos and plugging into the energy of Mercury retrograde.

And so instead of fighting Mercury retrograde,

We are inviting the beautifulness,

The supportiveness of this energy into our field of awareness.

So you'll feel,

Sense,

Or imagine you're plugging in,

Connecting to the energy of Mercury retrograde.

And when you plug in,

There's going to be a surge of energy that runs through you.

And the surge of energy is going to speak to you in the most appropriate way on how this Mercury retrograde can support you in moving forward,

Can support you in ending the year in the most beautiful way.

And I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine Mercury,

The energy of Mercury retrograde flooding into you and speaking to you at the highest vibration,

At the highest vibration.

And I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine the energy of Mercury retrograde sharing a sacred message of you to you and how it's going to support you in this next retrograde.

Go ahead and receive that information now.

And as you connect with Mercury retrograde and you receive this information,

I want you to take a nice deep breath in.

And when you take a nice deep breath in,

There's going to be several different crystalline energies that are going to come in to support this next chapter,

This next journey,

This next endeavor.

And the first one that's going to come in is going to support you in releasing heavy energies and relationship around being in Mercury retrograde.

And that crystalline energy that's going to come in is going to be blue chalcedony.

And this blue crystalline energy is going to stream into the top of that sacred container that you're in,

The center of the cosmos.

And this blue chalcedony is just going to start to come in and stream into you and start releasing,

Detoxing any energy,

Any heavy thoughts,

Any previous experiences,

Any preconceived notions around how Mercury retrograde is bad or how you've maybe reacted or interacted in the past with it.

And this blue chalcedony crystalline energy is going to come in.

It's going to support your energy field.

Take a nice deep breath in,

Exhale out.

And then the next crystalline energy that's going to stream in is selenite.

And this is going to scrub your entire work field of any and all things that are going to prevent you from being supported and receiving the magic of this Mercury retrograde.

So this crystalline energy is chalcite.

And it's chalcite and selenite mixed together.

And chalcite has the ability to bring in all forms of love and forgiveness.

And selenite acts as an infinite number of light strands within the field.

And so these energies are going to come in.

The chalcite will come in and stream in,

Up,

Down,

Up,

Down,

Up,

Down.

And then the selenite is going to come in 360 degrees from all angles and all directions.

And a little bit of light language is wanting to come in.

And this light language is just to activate and attune these crystalline energies on a deeper level.

And so don't worry if you don't understand what I'm saying.

It is not for you to understand because this cannot be put into words.

It is only that for your higher soul to recognize and understand.

And two more crystalline energies want to come in.

And the crystalline energy of fluorite is wanting to come in.

And this is for decision making,

Focus.

And then the next crystalline energy that wants to come in is Lermar.

And this is to support any and all sadness,

Depression,

Anxiety,

Postpartum,

PTSD.

And these crystalline energies are to support you in relaxing,

Letting go.

And this beautiful white,

Blue,

Gray,

Purples,

Greens,

And blues are all going to start coming in in the most appropriate way.

And if you feel tingly or dizzy,

Know that these are just some really strong crystalline energies that are wanting to come in.

So just breathe,

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Exhale out.

Another nice deep breath in.

Exhale out.

And allowing these energies to dance within your field.

And as they dance and dance and reorganize your energy,

The energy of Mercury retrograde will speak to you one last time about being supported and how you can lean in.

And receive that message now.

And then we're going to thank the energy of Mercury retrograde.

We're going to thank Gaia in source,

The divine,

God,

The universe,

However you want to fill that in for holding space for you to receive.

And then I want you to give yourself permission to release anything else that you're wanting to release to be supported in the most profound way moving forward.

And you'll state what you're releasing and then you'll take one breath in,

A cleansing breath out to release it.

And on the exhale,

Your sacred container will come back into your heart.

And then we're going to bring in smoky quartz to ground you completely into this reality.

And that crystalline energy will come in.

And then you're going to take three nice deep inhales and exhales to come back into this time and space.

One more breath.

And last one inhale and exhale.

And then your bow your chin in towards your chest,

Blink your eyes open,

Taking your time coming back to.
