Spiritual Growth And Development

You will connect to the I Am above and ground into Gaia below. You will clean and clear out your entire energy field using crystalline energy. You will release any blockages, any experiences, any thoughts (processed, unprocessed, known, unknown, seen, and unseen) that are lodged in the heart space. You will release beliefs that are hindering your spiritual development. You will receive a message from Gaia.

Go ahead and close your eyes and drop down into your heart space.

And as you drop down into your heart space,

I want you to relax your shoulders down your back.

And then receive a breath,

Breathing deeply in through the nose,

Allowing the belly to expand to fill up.

And then exhale out,

And when you exhale out,

Feel your body sink into the earth.

Taking another nice deep breath in,

Filling the belly up,

Filling up the lungs.

And then exhale out,

Emptying out the lungs completely.

And then I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that your spine gets nice and long.

And as the spine gets long,

The physical body is still able to relax and surrender into this moment.

And as the physical body surrenders into this moment,

I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine your presence,

Yourself,

Your being sink into your heart space.

And as you sink into your heart space,

I want you to imagine,

Sense,

Or feel that there's this beautiful,

Sacred lotus flower in the center of your heart space.

And I want you to step into the sacred lotus flower and sit right in the center.

And as you sit in the center,

It starts to activate,

And it starts to change beautiful colors.

And what it's doing is it's creating a vibration of frequency within your heart center to prepare your other power centers,

Your other energy centers,

Your other chakras for this healing.

And as your lotus flower activates,

I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine from up above there is a beautiful crystalline amethyst bucket of energy.

This beautiful amethyst energy starts to pour into your auric field.

And as it pours into your auric field,

It's acting as a beautiful,

Mystical,

Magical potion that is cleaning and clearing out your entire energy field,

Your entire field.

And it's almost as if it's like a beautiful crystalline liquid that's just streaming through your whole auric field,

Down your arms,

Your spine,

Through your whole system.

Every nook and cranny is being blessed with this crystalline energy.

And it's almost as if it's like a really beautiful liquid just dripping down your body.

It's a mist that's filling up your auric field.

And it is so magnificent.

It is so beautiful.

And it is just preparing you.

And then one more crystalline bucket is above your head,

And this beautiful crystalline bucket is smoky quartz.

And smoky quartz is an amazing manifesting stone,

And it is also an amazing grounding stone.

It creates a grounding energetic cord into Gaia.

And in order to develop spiritually,

We have to be connected above and below.

And so I want you to feel,

Sense,

Or imagine the smoky quartz crystalline energy starts to pour into you.

And as it pours into you,

It's such a beautiful,

Sweet energy.

You can feel yourself relaxing even more,

Even more,

Even more.

It's creating protection,

And it's activating your grounding cord.

And your grounding cord roots into Gaia,

Roots all the way down into Gaia.

And as it roots down into Gaia,

You can feel your grounding cord plug into the center crystalline ball of energy.

This is her heart chakra.

And as your grounding cord plugs into Mother Earth's heart chakra,

She sends up a spiral of crystalline energy.

This crystalline energy is to support you in this spiritual growth and development,

Healing.

This energy shoots up,

And as it shoots up,

It starts to create a ball of energy right in front of you as you're sitting in your beautiful,

Sacred lotus flower.

And you reach and touch the ball of energy,

And when you touch it,

It's almost as if it magnificently morphs into a crystal washcloth,

A crystal washcloth.

And this washcloth lands in your hand,

And I want you to sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that you're able to step out of the lotus flower.

And then in your heart center,

You're going to walk over to the walls,

And you're going to take this beautiful washcloth,

This crystalline washcloth,

And you're just going to start to wipe down the walls in your heart center.

You're cleaning down the walls,

And as you clean down the walls,

You're going to be starting to release any blockages,

Any experiences,

Any thoughts,

Processed,

Unprocessed,

Known,

Unknown,

Seen,

Unseen,

That have just been lodged in the heart space.

And you're just gently taking the washcloth,

And you're washing 360 degrees,

This entire heart center.

And it's as if every time you touch the wall,

The energy expands upward and downward,

Even onto the floor.

So all you have to do is just touch the wall,

And it expands the energy out and over.

And eventually,

It's almost as if the heart center walls,

All of the walls are sparkly and clean.

They're sparkly and clean.

They are sparkly and clean.

And as the walls become cleaner and cleaner and cleaner and cleaner,

You start to look around and you notice that there's a beautiful,

Magnificent doorway for you to walk through.

You open the door,

You step through the door,

And when you step through the door,

That washcloth disappears.

You step into a beautiful,

Sacred space where there's a golden pathway.

And as you step into the sacred space,

You are safe,

You are safe,

You are safe.

And you walk over to the golden pathway.

And when you walk over to the golden pathway,

You notice,

You sense that Gaia,

Mother Earth,

Is off in the distance.

You step upon the path and you can feel as almost as if she's summoning you.

She's calling to you.

She's inviting you over.

But there's some distance between you.

And before you reach her,

She's inviting you to let go of any beliefs around spiritual development that you have that are no longer serving you.

And what she's wanting you to do is release them as you walk.

And what you'll do is you'll step on the path.

And when you start to walk,

It's almost as if you have clay on you.

And as you're walking,

These old beliefs are just going to start to fall off as if they're drying and crumbling.

Or it's almost as if you have an old bodysuit that is being released and shed from you like a skin.

And she shares with you with every step.

And you can hear her.

You can sense her.

You can feel her words,

Know her words.

And what she's sharing with you is some of the beliefs,

The beliefs that aren't serving you around spiritual development and garage that are holding you back,

That are preventing you from going to the next level.

And she starts to share them with you.

And it could be,

I have to be perfect or have to see this or this is hard.

I'm not good enough.

I'm not psychic.

I'm not whatever.

And what she's going to share with you are these,

These beliefs.

And what you're doing is as you're walking towards her is you're releasing them.

So go ahead and just allow these beliefs to melt.

Allow the golden pathway to draw these beliefs out of you.

You could be releasing one.

You could be recently sing 10.

I really want you to release the beliefs that are preventing you from growing spiritually,

Developing spiritually.

And eventually guy up will be standing right in front of you and you can feel her magnificent power,

Her magnificent presence.

And then Gaia shares a message with you and you may sense it.

You may feel it.

You may hear it.

You may know it.

You may see it.

She shares a message with you around your spiritual growth and development.

In this message,

Maybe the next step,

It could be the way she perceives your spiritual growth and development.

Whatever it is,

I want you to receive the message now and really look into her eyes,

Look into her heart.

And as she shares a sacred message with you,

She grabs your hands and crystalline energy starts to pour into you.

It's an emerald crystalline energy.

And this emerald crystalline energy is to open your heart.

It is to open your heart to love,

To truth,

To communication,

To your soul,

Your higher self.

You can feel your heart expanding and expanding and expanding.

You can feel it expanding in the front,

On the sides,

In the back.

360 degrees,

Your heart is expanding.

You are safe.

You are safe because with an open heart,

Your heart can be a beacon of light.

It can guide you through any situation.

It's your light.

God,

The universe,

The divine lives within you,

Is a part of you.

You are stardust.

You are not separated from this energy and you are whole.

You have access to everything right here.

Allow your heart to expand and expand and expand and expand and expand.

Allow your heart to expand.

And as it expands,

It will make this beautiful connection to your crown chakra,

Your third eye.

And then it makes it down to your power center,

Your solar plex,

And down to your creative center,

Your sacral,

And then down to your root,

Your safety.

You're connected in all seven major centers.

And then Gaia leans in one more time and shares with you one more thing about your spiritual development and growth.

I want you to receive that message now.

And as you receive it,

Receive it on a heart level.

Receive it on a cellular level.

Allow your heart to hear the information right here,

You receive a breath and when you receive a breath,

Gaia leans in and kisses you on your third eye.

And then she disappears and you notice that you're back in your heart space.

And then I want you to take a nice deep breath in,

Cleansing breath out.

You'll bow your chin in towards your chest.

You'll blink your eyes open,

Slowly taking your time coming back to.

And again,

I want you to receive that message now.

And as you receive it,

Receive it on a heart level.
