Whenever you're ready,

You're going to close your eyes,

You're going to drop down into your heart space.

And the heart space is located at the center of your chest,

The tip of your sternum.

And as you drop into this sacred space,

I want you to notice,

Sense,

Or feel a beautiful golden sphere above your head.

And this golden sphere is just going to shower you with love and light.

And as it showers you with love and light,

I want to invite you to just take a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Cleansing breath out through the mouth,

And allow yourself to arrive in this amazing space in your heart.

Take another nice deep breath in,

A cleansing breath out,

Allowing your entire body to relax.

And as you relax in your heart space,

Notice,

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine that golden sphere above your head that has the great I am,

The central sun energy.

And this energy is just going to start to pour into the crown of your head.

It's going to bless each and every chakra in your body.

It's going to bless each and every cell,

Every bone,

Every nerve,

Every joint.

And you just feel your body kind of melting into your seat.

And as this source energy,

This great I am energy,

Starts to pour into every ounce of you.

You can just feel your heart opening up.

You can feel the center,

The center of your power,

Your solar plex opening up and radiating like the sun.

And you're invited to feel,

Sense,

Or imagine your energetic roots of your being roots grow out through your root chakra,

Through your legs,

And through your feet down into the earth.

And this is an important step of this journey of this healing because we want to be anchored to the earth and solid in your being.

So when you do get the burst of inspiration and the knowledge of your ancestors,

Your loved ones,

The ancients,

The masters,

The teachers,

The loved ones,

You can anchor it into this earthly planet and use the knowledge to serve your highest good and the highest good of all.

And so you're invited to feel your roots root into Gaia,

Root into earth,

Root into her root chakra,

All the way into the center of the earth.

You can feel your roots spiraling down until you hit a crystal and ball of energy in the center of the earth.

And you can feel,

Sense,

Or imagine your roots are rooting into her,

Into her loving energy,

Into her support.

And as you feel your roots root in,

You take a breath and you inhale and you pull Gaia,

The goddess of earth,

Her energy up through all of your roots and through your whole body and being.

And as you exhale,

You can feel her energy waving,

Radiating through your body and being dancing with the source energy,

That sacred masculine energy and that sacred feminine energy from Gaia,

From the earth.

You can feel it dancing in your body and your soul and your cells and your DNA and your bones and source energy,

The beautiful,

Sacred feminine energy.

You can feel it starting to pool in your heart space.

And as it pools in your heart space,

It just starts to fill the space up like a big bathtub.

And this energy from Gaia,

From the sacred feminine,

Could be pink or a different color that represents that energy really well.

You may sense this color.

It may even appear as like a crystalline energy.

And as it appears in your heart space with that source energy,

That gold energy,

It starts to fill up this entire space like a bathtub all the way from top to bottom.

And you're just swimming in their energy.

And I want to invite you to just notice as you swim in the energy of the source of the great masculine energy and the great sacred feminine energy,

How you feel in this space.

Do you feel abundant?

Do you feel whole?

Do you feel glorious,

Magnificent?

Or do you feel like something's missing?

Whatever it is,

Just notice it.

You may not even know what's missing or what feels off.

Or you may not even know that this feeling of being in this energy can be even more expansive.

It can feel amazing now.

But the masters,

The ancients,

The guides,

The angels,

Want to invite you to invite more light in,

More love in.

And in order to do that,

I invite you to swim to the bottom of your heart space and notice that there's a drain,

There's a plug.

You're going to unplug.

You're going to pull the plug out of your heart space.

And this beautiful,

Sacred drain is going to bring you and all of the source energy and the sacred feminine energy down,

Down,

Down into your solar plex,

Where your fire,

Where your willpower resides.

And as you swim down into the solar plex,

You're going to notice,

Sense,

Feel,

Or imagine your inner flame right before you.

And as you notice this flame,

I want you to notice how it looks,

How it feels.

Is it contained?

Is it wild and all over the place?

Is it dull?

Is it short?

Is it barely there?

Or is it roaring so much that it's completely out of control?

Just notice it without judgment.

And as you notice it,

We're going to align your heart with the earth,

Align your heart with the sun,

Align your heart with Sirius.

And as you align with all three,

A big,

Beautiful vortex of energy will start to pour,

Start to develop,

Start to spin within your sacred flame in your solar plex.

And as this vortex of energy,

This portal of knowledge starts to stream in,

And it gets bigger and bigger and bigger to where the vortex,

To where the portal,

To where your soul and your inner flame is directly in alignment with earth,

With the sun,

And with Sirius.

And as you're in alignment,

It's cleaning up,

Clearing out any debris,

Any junk,

Any patterns,

Any thoughts,

Anything that's no longer serving you.

And you're invited to release it into this vortex,

Into this spinning,

Almost like tornado.

Because you,

My dear,

Have the power and the willingness to say no more.

You have the power and the willingness to invite in only that which serves your highest good and to release that what is no longer serving you,

That is no longer serving you.

That is not a purpose of your path.

That is no longer serving you in your knowledge.

That is no longer serving you in your being.

That is no longer serving you on a human level,

On a soul level,

On a spiritual level.

And as you release these,

Your guides are inviting you to boldly proclaim what it is that you are fully releasing now.

So go ahead and state boldly what you are releasing.

And as you release it,

Notice what happens to the flame of your being in your solar plex.

Notice what happens to that vortex within the flame.

And the masters,

The teachers,

The loved ones,

The guides,

The angels are saying it takes courage to proclaim such a bold,

Bold,

Bold intention.

If you want it,

Release it fully from the core of your being and from every cell and every fiber.

Allow us to help you fully release it.

Allow your heart to open up and notice new energy streaming in to magnetize,

To transmute,

To carry away anything that is attached to this bold intention in your being,

In your cells.

And this new energy streaming in will start to transmute it all,

Start to change it and shift it and move it into a new space.

And as it moves away from you and into this vortex,

All you have to do is breathe.

And when the process is complete,

This tornado-like vortex will start to shift into a laser beam of light that is in direct alignment with you,

Your heart,

The earth,

The sun,

And Sirius.

And as this vortex shifts into a clean and clear gateway and opening,

New energy will flood through this laser beam,

Through this portal into your solar plex and it will start to rejuvenate,

Restore,

Repair the energy in your flame,

In your willpower.

And I'm even hearing in some of your digestive systems.

And as this energy pours in,

One of your guides will step forward and share with you a deep knowing,

A deep truth for you to start to embody,

For you to start to recognize.

So go ahead and invite that guide forward and you may see him,

Sense him,

Feel him,

Hear him,

Or just know that he's there or she's there.

Hear the message now.

And then invite a breath in,

Exhale out.

And thank the guide for stepping forward and sharing that beautiful message with you.

And to accept this new knowing,

I invite you to step into the portal and into your inner flame and allow it to surround you and bathe you with love.

Notice the portal opening,

Notice the flame,

Notice the changes in your being as you accept this.

And whenever you're ready,

That laser beam of light will start to disappear.

You will step out of the flame and return into your heart space.

You'll take a nice deep breath in,

Cleansing breath out.

And bow your chin in towards your chest,

Blink your eyes open and slowly coming back to.
