Spring Equinox Healing

In this powerful meditation/healing, you will experience a rebirth and use the Spring Equinox energy to prepare you for the season ahead. You will also uncover the magic you have been preparing for all winter. Light language sounds & words are used to convey paragraphs of information from Spirit that your High Self recognizes and understands.

Transcript

Take a comfortable seat or lie down or stand,

Whatever you feel,

However your body is wanting to position itself.

Take that position and then go ahead and close your eyes.

And when you close your eyes,

Settle into your heart space and then receive a breath.

And when you receive a breath,

I want you to breathe it in and appreciate the air that you're bringing into your lungs and into your body and into your cells.

And then exhale.

And when you exhale,

Feel your shoulders relax.

Feel a sense of ease enter into your body.

And then take another nice deep breath.

And then exhale out.

And when you exhale out,

I want you to just give yourself permission to imagine,

Sense or feel that there is a beautiful,

Beautiful,

Magnificent doorway in your heart space.

And you walk over to that doorway and you open the door.

And when you open the door,

There is just sunshine pouring through.

And the corners of your mouth lifts because you're grateful that the sun is shining through.

You can feel yourself smiling not only on the outside,

But the inside.

Your heart smiles and leaps with joy and gratitude.

As you enter through the doorway and enter into the sunshine,

You can feel,

You can sense there's birds are chirping.

There's nature all around you.

And it's the perfect temperature.

You start to look around in the sacred space that you enter.

And you notice that there is a pathway.

And this pathway is adorned with just beautiful,

Sacred nature blessings.

So there's flowers and plants and trees and crystals.

And you walk over to that pathway and you start to walk along the path.

And as you walk along the path,

You can feel the sun shining down on you.

And it's as if it's kissing every cell of your body and being.

And you take a moment and you pause and you just stretch up and you allow the sun to beam down on you a little more.

And as the sun shines down on you,

You can feel yourself getting rooted into nature.

You can feel yourself rooting into Gaia in this sacred space.

Because by rooting down,

You have an additional support system.

You feel your grounding cord root all the way down into the core of the earth.

And as you root down,

Gaia sends up a beautiful crystal and energy to wrap around you like a crystal blanket.

To prepare you for the journey that you are about to take.

And when you feel ready,

You continue to walk along the path.

And as you walk along the path,

You can feel your heart getting curious and excited.

And you continue to walk along the path and as you walk along the path,

You notice that there is a little water can.

And this water can is beautiful and it's decorated to your liking and to your taste.

And you intuitively know to pick up the water can and carry it with you.

And as you carry this water can with you,

You walk all the way down to where the path ends.

And there's a magnificent open field that just has dirt and rocks.

And you walk over to one of the rocks and you take your water can and you start to pour water in front of or on the side of or behind the rock.

You will just intuitively know where to start watering the dirt.

And as you start watering the dirt,

A beautiful,

Beautiful sacred object starts to unearth itself from the earth.

This sacred object is a present for you that you have been stowing and nurturing and loving on all winter.

And this may be something you knowingly or unknowingly have been loving on and nurturing.

And you reach down and you grab the object.

I want you to grab the object,

Admire the object,

Look at the object.

And it may even be a piece of paper that has something written on it or it may be something you just know what it is.

And if you're uncertain,

It's okay.

It will become more clear.

And thanks to the object that you were blessed with.

And then you walk over to the next rock.

And the next rock.

You start to pour water on the dirt in front of on the side,

Possibly underneath,

Behind.

And as you start to water,

You will notice that there is a beautiful scroll that comes up out of the earth.

And the scroll is amazing because it has an ancient sacred presently message for you.

And this message is about the future and the object that you were just blessed with.

You open the scroll,

You open the note.

And then you start to read the message and the message you may see,

Sense,

Feel,

Imagine,

Hear or just know.

Go ahead and receive that message now.

And as you receive that message,

Breathe.

And as you breathe,

All the seed that you planted.

Felt into during the winter.

That you've been preparing for will start to sprout and some will sprout to its fullness or some will sprout just to its little tiny beginning stage.

Spring is a time for rebirth.

Go ahead and notice all of the beautiful rebirth around you.

The dirt that was once around you is now covered with wishes and dreams,

Desires and intentions that are ready to actualize,

Are ready to be nurtured and stowed.

And you may walk up to some of those desires and start to receive messages around them.

Go ahead and start to look around your garden because this is your garden.

This is your sacred place.

And as you admire your garden,

Your desires and your wishes.

You're going to receive a message and this message is going to come from the creator or the collective of your teachers,

Masters,

Teachers,

Loved ones,

Ascendant masters,

Angels,

Guides.

Guardian angel,

But you're going to receive a message from the most authentic high vibrational light beam possible.

Go ahead and receive that message.

And when you receive that message,

Go ahead and give thanks.

And just so you know,

You can come back and check out these desires and these dreams and these wishes that are starting to peak.

Show themselves through the dirt.

You can come in and water them and nurture them and love on them.

You can come back to the space anytime you'd like.

And when you're ready,

You're going to look up at that sunshine again and that sunshine is going to start showering you with love and light and crystal and energy to prepare you for the times ahead to prepare you for change.

A new normal.

The rebirthing process,

Compassion and love and mercy and curiosity.

Feel that flood of energy entering into you as yourselves reorganize your heart opens your root chakra recalibrates restores and rebalances a sense of safety in all parts of your being.

And then receive a breath,

Taking a nice deep breath in.

Cleansing breath out.

Another nice deep breath in.

A cleansing breath out.

And when you're ready,

Return back into your heart space wiggling your fingers and your toes and if you'd like to you can brush your thumbs across your fingertips.

You can bow your chin in toward your chest you can make any sort of little movement that feels good.
