Go ahead and close your eyes and as you close your eyes relax your shoulders and then receive a nice deep breath in through the nose and then exhale out through the mouth.
Take a nice deep breath in and exhale out.
And just taking several nice deep breaths in and out giving yourself permission to come into a deeper and deeper state of relaxation.
And then I want you to imagine,
Sense or feel that you are able to sink into your heart.
I want you to sink into the center,
Into the core of your heart.
Maybe you imagine like a big golden heart in the center of your chest.
I want you to just sink right into the center of it.
And as you sink into the center I want you to notice that there is a light switch.
Sense feel or imagine that in the center of your heart,
Your core,
There is a light switch.
And you are going to flip the switch on and what it is going to do is it is going to light up like a fluorescent light bulb.
But it is going to light up vertically from the root chakra,
From the base of your spine,
All the way up past the crown chakra.
So there is this beautiful beam of light that is running through your spinal column.
This is your Shashooma,
Your love column,
The core,
The light.
And I want you to imagine,
Sense or feel that this core is lit up.
And as it is lit up you notice in the center of your heart there is a space for you to take a cozy seat.
And maybe there is pillows,
Maybe there is a crystal,
Maybe there is a grid,
A labyrinth,
Right in the center.
And you are just going to take a cozy seat or stand right in the center.
And as you stand in the center I want you to sense,
Feel or imagine from up above,
Source,
God,
The Universe,
The Divine,
The Great I AM,
However you fill that blank in,
I want you to feel,
Sense or imagine that the Great I AM energy,
The Christ Consciousness energy from up above,
From Creator starts pouring into the crown of your head.
And as it pours in,
It illuminates your central love column,
The core of who you are.
And then it also brushes and cleans everything around it.
And it's just preparing you.
I want you to sense,
Feel or imagine this Source energy,
This Great I AM energy roll through every cell,
Through every fiber,
Through every tissue and muscle and tendon and nerve,
Every part of your being.
I want you to just breathe the energy in and as you breathe it in your column,
The core gets brighter and brighter and brighter.
And as it gets brighter,
Your grounding cord roots into Gaia,
Your grounding cord roots into Gaia,
Connecting you below.
We want to connect as above,
So below.
This is the sacred feminine energy.
Your grounding cord roots all the way down to the core of the Earth,
Which is a beautiful crystalline ball of crystalline energy,
Which is Gaia,
Mother Earth's heart chakra.
And she invites you to plug your core directly into the center.
When you plug it into the center,
I want you to sense,
Feel or imagine her amazing healing powers,
Her amazing energy go into your grounding cord and it weaves up your grounding cord.
And what she's doing is she's sending high vibrational love frequency through your grounding cord up your central love column,
Your core.
And there's this grounding love crystalline energy working its way up.
And as it works its way up,
She's inviting you to relax,
To hold the essence of love,
To hold the essence of love.
And you have these beautiful energies from the masculine and the feminine.
And then I want you to sense,
Feel or imagine that you're able to hold out your hands.
And as you hold out your hands,
Gaia,
Mother Earth,
Places some very magnificent crystalline energy in your left palm.
And that crystalline energy is going to assist you to getting into the core of your being,
To find more peace.
And I want you to feel,
Sense,
Imagine,
Know that that crystal energy is right in the palm of your left hand.
And then I want you to hold out your right hand and Creator from up above is going to do the same thing.
And this is going to come from the sacred masculine.
And Creator is going to infuse and release some sacred,
Sacred crystalline energy to get you into the core of who you are,
Into the core of your heart to bring you more peace and to bring joy,
Abundant joy to the holidays,
Abundant joy into the cells,
Abundant joy into the mind,
Peace within the heart.
And these true powerful forces,
Feminine and the masculine,
Have placed the most magnificent energies in both of your hands so that you can receive them and use them to heal,
To use them to thrive.
What I want you to do is I want you to place your hands together and you can do this just in your mind's eye and know that if you don't physically have hands,
You can still imagine that you're holding something out to hold these energies.
And then what I want you to do is I want you to bring the palms together like you're cupping water and then you're going to pull the energies into your heart and then you'll place the left palm on the heart and then the right on top of it.
And then the energies from the great I am and Gaia are going to pour into the core where you're sitting so closely.
And these energies are going to start to infuse and as they fuse,
Infuse,
They will start dancing around you,
Creating,
Opening,
Expanding your heart,
Realigning it so you can be in the core,
In the peace.
Then you're invited to set a powerful intention,

Blessing of what you want for the holidays,
What you want this energy,
This powerful magical healing energy to assist you with moving forward.

That energy will start to infuse into your heart and as it infuses into your heart,

With your eyes closed,

You're just coming back to your physicality,
Wherever else you want to touch on your body.
This is a beautiful grounding exercise.
Just put gentle pressure.
And then when you're ready,
You'll cup your hands over your eyes.
Taking a few nice deep inhales and exhales.
When you're ready,
You'll bring your hands about a foot away from your face and then you'll blink your eyes open looking at the palms of your hands.
