Welcome to this guided meditation to connect to the vibration of love within,
To nourish yourself,
To cultivate positive emotions and energies inside of you,
And to feel aligned and connected with the truth of who you are.
Because deep inside all of us is love.
It is the basic ingredient of who we are,
Even though our mind,
Our emotions,
And the stories we tell ourselves can create a disconnect to this base of love inside of us.
So this meditation today will guide you back to this essential ingredient of who you are,
And it will teach you the pathway so you can return to this foundational love inside of you time and time again,
And begin to reside more and more in that vibration,
No matter what you're doing,
Where you're at,
Or who you're with.
You can truly begin to be the love you wish to see in the world.
So feel free to sit or you can lie down for this practice,
Whichever feels most comfortable to you.
And if you'd like,
Close your eyes and begin to notice your breath,
Feeling where your breath is beginning to move through your body.
And as you're noticing the breath flowing through your body,
Feel how you are beginning to arrive in the present moment.
As you connect with your breath,
Feeling how you are coming home to yourself.
And through the quality of your breath,
How you are shaping your inhalations and exhalations,
See if you can invoke gentleness towards yourself.
See if through your breath,
You can invoke a sense of vulnerability and intimacy with yourself.
Through the breath,
Showing up for who you are in this moment,
Authentically.
Going beneath or behind any presentation that you've created of yourself for the external world and just truly beginning to openly and honestly connect to your genuine self.
How you are showing up in this moment.
Sometimes when we drop in at this level,
We can experience and feel things that we didn't even know were happening inside of us.
But know that as you are present with these experiences,
These interstates,
As they arise,
You can acknowledge them finally,
You can let them be felt,
Let them be seen,
Let them be heard so that you don't have to hold on to them anymore and push them underground.
Instead you can just experience the reality unfolding inside of you with gentleness,
With vulnerability,
With intimacy.
And again,
Just notice your breath being transformed as you breathe in and out,
Being with your authentic self in this moment.
And now we're going to move our attention to our heart.
And if you'd like,
You could rest one or both hands over your chest.
And as you tune in to your heart,
Imagine that it has three distinct levels.
Much like your home may have its main floor,
Its basement,
And maybe even an upstairs.
And first,
We're going to just touch in to the outermost layer of your heart.
So this layer is the outer surface of the heart,
But also the space surrounding your heart.
Begin to breathe into this area,
And in your own way,
Say hello to your heart.
And with your breath and your attention,
Bring gentleness to your heart.
Bring intimacy,
Vulnerability,
And maybe even curiosity to your heart.
Breathing this layer of your heart without any expectations or ideas about how this experience should go for you today.
And notice if there's any physical sensations in this outer layer of your heart.
Maybe there's some emotions that wash over you,
Or even thoughts that pop up into your mind.
Again just feel the breath flowing into this space,
And as you do,
Say to this layer of your heart,
I love you.
Let your heart receive that message.
Let your heart integrate it,
Take it in,
And move and breathe with it.
And now we'll move to the next layer of your heart,
Which we'll call the inner heart.
And you can imagine the physical structures inside of the organ of your heart.
The muscle tissue,
The arteries and veins,
The blood and fluids that make up your physical heart.
Drop into this layer.
Notice what you sense,
Any emotions arise.
And then as you maintain your attention here,
Say to this layer of your heart,
I love myself.
You can say these words silently or out loud,
And just see how these words vibrate through this area.
I love myself.
Receive this message fully,
Taking a deep breath in and a complete breath out.
And lastly,
We're going to sink into the third level or layer of your heart.
And this is your energetic heart,
Your deep inner heart.
And this deep space of your heart connects you to infinite wisdom.
It connects you to universal love.
It creates the foundation of you.
And as you tap into this deep energetic space of your heart,
You may see colors or textures,
Or even light swirling up into your third eye,
Your mind's eye.
Do you feel a deep inner quiet or calm or an energetic upliftment that you're sensing into?
As you receive this layer of your heart,
Try on these words.
I am loved.
I am loving.
I am love.
Love is here for me.
Love is my innate vibration.
I am loved.
I am loving.
I am love.
My heart is the home of my essence.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath and breathe into your entire heart space.
Layer one,
Layer two,
Layer three.
Let the breath flow from the outer to the inner and the inner to the outer.
Beginning to connect your heart's intelligence from the physical to the energetic and from the energetic to the physical.
Remembering wholeness.
Remembering how your heart is whole and you are whole in this moment.
Continuing to breathe as this integration within your heart takes place and this attunement to the love within,
The love that you are,
The love that you are surrounded by is integrated.
Now begin to shift your attention from your heart out to your whole body and start to feel your whole body breathing.
As you inhale feeling a sense of your body expanding a little bit and as you exhale just let your body relax.
And we'll take three more of these whole body breaths further integrating this love activation and attunement inside of you,
Deeply inhaling through the nose.
And if you'd like to sigh out through an open mouth intentionally letting go of anything weighing your heart down.
Repeat that two more times.
Deep breath in through the nose.
If you'd like sigh out through an open mouth letting go of heaviness in your heart.
And one last deep breath in,
Complete breath out.
Noticing how you feel,
Offering up a little gratitude for giving yourself this time today to tap into this flow of love,
This infinite love within you.
