Hello and welcome to this meditation to meet your spirit guides.
Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Close your eyes or just soften your gaze if that feels more comfortable and take a few deep breaths to call all parts of you home into this moment.
Inhaling slowly and completely through your nose expanding through your belly and exhaling slowly and completely releasing any tension you might be holding.
Repeat that a couple more times grounding and centering yourself in the here and now.
Now to meet your spirit guides you're going to take a little journey into the non-physical dimension or the subtle realm and to do that I'm going to have you rest one hand over your heart and you're going to begin to focus your attention right here at your heart.
You can breathe into this space and I'm going to count backward from five to one and as I count backward you're going to begin to journey from this physical reality into the subtle dimension using your ability to imagine using your ability to visualize.
You'll land in the subtle dimension where you will then meet your spirit guides.
So feel the warmth of your hand resting over your chest.
Feel the breath circulating through your heart and beginning to journey from the physical to the non-physical dimension for five four three two one.
Take a nice deep breath in and complete breath out.
Using your mind's eye visualize yourself standing in a peaceful setting and looking down towards your feet noticing what you're standing upon.
Noticing if you have bare feet or if you're wearing shoes and then let yourself look all around this place taking in the textures and the colors orienting to this special place designed just for you and your spirit guides to come together and connect.
Now as you're looking around this peaceful place that you've landed within you'll notice off in the distance a trail.
Walk towards that trail and then begin to walk down the trail.
Again as you're walking along this path just noticing what you see what you hear and how you feel.
After walking a little ways there will be a clearing and waiting for you within this clearing are your spirit guides.
As you approach your spirit guides just pause for a moment take a breath in and out and notice how many you have.
Notice what their presence feels like to you and when you feel ready feel free to walk towards them and greet them in your own unique way.
You may want to ask them what are your names,
What are your roles in my life and do you have any messages for me today.
Allow yourself to continue breathing,
Softening and being open to your spirit guides and whatever message or energy they wish to deliver to you today.
And if you'd like you can also ask any questions you may have of them.
They are here to offer you support,
Guidance and a different perspective than you may have access to in your human form.
Taking five to ten more slow even breaths to soak up this experience,
This time with your spirit guides.
Now in your own way thank your spirit guides for their presence,
For their guidance,
For their support.
Share anything else you'd like with them and then prepare to journey back into the physical dimension through the gateway of your heart again.
So when you're ready just take your hand rest it over your heart,
Breathing into your heart space as you bid farewell to your spirit guides.
I'll count back from five to one as you begin to travel through this portal from the non-physical dimension into the physical dimension back home to your body.

Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling that breath expanding through your body.
A complete breath out,
Relaxing into your body.
Notice how you feel and consider what you want to bring with you from this experience.
What message or insight did you glean from your guides today?
Make note of that and remember your guides are here for you all of the time.
Connect with them whenever you need guidance or extra support.
They are here for you.
