Wherever you are sitting,
Take a moment to gently lift up your spine and allow your shoulders to relax.
Give yourself a deep nourishing breath in and out.
Let each breath you take ground you,
Refresh you,
And gently acclimate you to this new day.
Imagine the Sun rising around you and filling your aura with a million beautiful rays of light.
This light clears away the worries of yesterday and creates a fresh slate.
This light creates a positive energy flow balancing you and guiding you throughout the day.
Imagine the people you will meet today and in your heart reach out to them with a smile.
Imagine the spaces you will be in today.
Imagine them filling with a positive healing light.
Imagine the ways that you will honor and take care of yourself today.
Listen to the sound of your breath,
Connect into the rhythm of your heart,
And see if there is a message there for you.
As we come to the end of our practice,
Take one last deep breath in and out and get ready to step into a day of peace,
Happiness,
And possibility.
