You let go.
You sink into the peaceful rise and fall of your breath.
The night sky wraps around you like a blanket.
You are surrounded with compassion and kindness,
Comfort and healing.
Let these positive words flow into your dreams and set the stage for a wonderful day.
All is well.
I am safe.
I am guided.
I am loved.
I am here for a reason.
I am exactly where I'm supposed to be.
I am peace.
