Release your worries and stress.
Breathe in deeply.
Breathe out slowly.
When we breathe deeply,
We send a message to ourselves that we are safe.
We give our nervous systems and our minds permission to relax.
We begin to hear the sounds around us.
We sense the gravity holding us in our chairs.
We return home to ourselves.
Spend a few moments breathing in this calm,
Beautiful place.
Return to the present moment.
Come back to center.
The place where you are now is where all the answers lie.
Imagine yourself walking through a beautiful forest.
You come to a fork in the road where the path veers in two different directions.
To the left is one possible way you could go.
And to the right is another.
You are at a crossroads.
First,
Look to the left.
Take a few steps this way.
See the possibilities of how this side of the decision plays out.
Visualize the people and places involved.
How does making the choice to go in this direction make you feel?
Tune down your thoughts for a moment.
