Welcome to the healing journey.
Whatever we are going through in this life,
Be it physical,
Emotional or spiritual,
Our bodies have an innate desire to heal and come back into balance.
This meditation is designed to help you on your healing journey and to ignite the light of health and well-being inside of you.
To begin,
Bring your attention inward and focus on the rise and fall of your breath.
As you inhale,
Feel your spirit rising.
As you exhale,
Feel your entire body relax.
Give yourself a deep breath of comfort,
A deep breath of love,
And a deep breath of kindness.
Breathe and let go of every worry.
Breathe and allow the light within to shine.
Let the light that lives inside of you grow and grow.
This light inside of you is your own personal healer,
Your own personal source of harmony,
Balance and peace.
Go deep within and invite your inner light to travel to the places where it is most needed.
Trust that the light knows exactly where to go.
Allow light to flow within you.
You are light.
You are love.
You are blessed.
Know that the light and the healing you've created within yourself will stay with you always and can be accessed at any time simply by closing your eyes and imagining it is there.
As you become ready to end your time in meditation and return to the world around you,
Take one last moment to breathe,
To honor yourself,
To hold yourself dear and to see,
Know or feel the light around you,
Within you,
Before you and trailing behind you.
Very gently bring your hands together and notice the light that is now between them.
Begin to move your toes and tap your feet on the earth.
Have a peaceful day.
And as you are ready,
Take a deep breath and open your eyes.
