Hello and welcome,

My name is Amber Love and you are listening to a meditation around uplifting self affirmation mantras.

I hope you enjoy it.

Please find yourself seated in a way that's comfortable and yet you feel strong and open through the chest especially through the collarbone area relax your belly notice your spine and see if you can feel that in a completely comfortable posture where you're elongated and not in a position that's curled or collapsed Let's begin with counting down to a place of Alpha Brainwaves and we'll do this through colors and numbers in case colors don't work for you.

As you breathe in and out your breath will naturally begin to shift and change.

Invite the eyes to close or have a soft gaze focusing attention on that space we call the third eye between the eyebrows.

I'd like you to envision yourself completely immersed in an environment that you've created and that you control.

In here I'd like you to picture the color red surrounding you everywhere or the number seven.

Allow that red to transition into orange or the number six.

See the orange transition to yellow or the number five.

See the yellow change to green or the number four.

See the green change to blue or the number three.

See the blue change to indigo like the color of the midnight sky or the number two.

Then see that indigo change to the color of an orchid or a pearl.

Feeling the effervescence of shimmering light and pale ivories pink maybe some gold.

And as I state these mantras you can repeat them either out loud or silently in your own mind.

Again following your breath feeling at ease.

Maybe reach your arms overhead or roll your shoulders back,

Taking a good stretch.

I invite you to lift your chin up,

Opening your face to the sky,

To the heavens,

To the stars.

Breathe in deeply.

Feel it traveling all the way down through your body.

Allow that exhale to move with new vigor and passion.

Allow yourself time to journal if it's in your schedule.

Maybe one of those words or feelings in particular resonated with you.
