Hello and welcome.
My name is Amber Love and I will be guiding you today through self affirmations around the subject of our connections to ourselves and to each other and to the world around us.
Find yourself sitting in a comfortable place with your spine long,
Noticing your natural curves.
Bring awareness to your chin.
You might need to pull your chin back and down a little bit to make the tension release at the back of your neck.
Take a couple of deep breaths.
Feel the belly expanding and releasing.
Notice the chest expanding through all four sides,
The front,
The sides and the back.
Maybe you can even notice the last bit of your breath opening up the collarbone area.
I invite you to close your eyes,
But it's not necessary.
I'll recite each mantra three times.
I feel gratitude.

Notice through your body the vibrations or energy shifts.
Notice if any muscles have changed from being tense to relaxed or from a relaxed state to an active state.
Thinking of these affirmations in the present tense,
Directing to yourself and in regards to others will help implant them in your mind as you go through your day.
So when you say to yourself,
I feel forgiveness,
It can mean I feel that I am in a place to forgive and I feel that I can welcome forgiveness.
Allow your mouth to slowly start to form a smile and the corners may lift up or you may feel that they're lifting internally.
Realizing yourself and noticing a cocoon of safety around you,
Allowing the light or crystal or whatever form it takes to be available to you when you need reinforcement.
Feel to yourself and begin bringing yourself back to your body,
Back to your breath.

Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Continue bringing yourself back to full awareness,
Six,

Feeling yourself grounded and secure.

If your eyes were closed,
You can slowly start to flutter them open by looking down.
If you were staring at an object,
Just allow the focus to expand outward now.
Bring yourself back to your room or space outside or wherever you were.
Know that you have value,
You have worth and that you have love.
Thank you for joining me in this practice today of self-affirming mantras,
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti,
Peace to you.
