My name is Amber Love and welcome to this self-affirmation mantra session.

Today we are going to focus on what we can welcome in our lives.

So I want you to sit as comfortably as you can while still creating an open channel up the spine and through your heart center,

Tuck your chin back slightly to make sure that your neck is in a neutral position.

Welcoming yourself back to your space.
