Hello and welcome to another meditation.

My name is Amber Love.

Thank you for allowing me to guide you today.

We'll start by finding that you're in a comfortable place where you are not likely to be disturbed.

Take an opportunity to make any adjustments through your body,

Noticing if your hips feel level,

If your knees are comfortable.

Give yourself a moment to stretch out your muscles,

Stretching out all of the toes,

Your fingers,

Roll your shoulders up towards your ears and back.

Just allow yourself to find that place and just sink into it.

Whatever support you're using,

Whether you are lying on the floor or in a chair or maybe in bed.

Begin noticing any tension around the top of your head,

Around your forehead,

Bringing awareness to the muscles around your eyes,

Around your lower jaw.

Maybe you need to make some space between your teeth and then allow the shoulders to be soft.

Realize if there's any tension in your neck,

Perhaps moving your head from side to side.

Find your way down the middle of your central channel and start to take notice of the organs,

Your lungs,

Your heart and check in with your breathing.

You might find that your breath is able to deepen,

Perhaps starting to slow down in this state as you bring relaxation or at least allow the chaotic energy to leave your body.

Notice if your belly can freely move and be soft without tension.

A lot of stress can be held there through our digestive system,

From the esophagus all the way down.

Noticing if the buttock muscles,

Those glutes,

Are able to be soft and at ease.

And see if the rest of your body is comfortable as well.

Ask yourself,

How am I feeling in this moment,

In this space?

Focus on you.

How am I feeling?

Once you start accessing those emotions or those thoughts,

Determine which thoughts and sensations you want to welcome.

It's quite possible that the time that you have is not enough to dig deep into yourself today.

You can always get back to that at another time.

Maybe you can find appropriate boxes to categorize these feelings.

Is there any joy or happiness?

Is there perhaps frustration,

Anger or fear or grief or maybe no feelings,

Feeling numb and disconnected,

Feeling separated either from your body,

Your mind,

Your space in the world or perhaps the rest of the world that's outside.

And we begin to realize then that everything has a correspondence or a relationship.

In the seven hermetic principles,

One of the principles is correspondence.

As above,

So below.

As below,

So above.

So whether it's the mental plane of existence or your physical plane of existence,

Everything will be related.

So those emotions that you're starting to notice are connected to your breath and your body and the state that they're in.

This is not necessarily some new age philosophy.

If you think about the skills of geometry and how relational things have to be and you think about the skills that govern law and causation or science anatomically within the body,

There's always new things being discovered.

We begin to find that the air we breathe and the food we eat and the people that were around,

The fabrics that are on our bodies,

Everything can have an effect.

Let me think back now and look at those categories of your emotions and see how you can balance something that may be tipping more to a side that's unwelcome and bring it back,

Start to harmonize.

Asking yourself that from that level of deep intuition and wisdom,

What will it take to find this balance?

Some are deep inside.

There are answers.

And as the body is heavy and just able to give in safely and securely,

Let yourself go deeper.

Noticing if there are any images,

It could be visual or it could be messages that are auditory or aromas or feelings that rumble through you.

Noticing if the deepest layer where your true self resides is trying to communicate to you.

Keep remembering that you are safe,

You are loved,

You are supporting yourself.

This is your time.

So when you finished formulating what your true self appears to you as,

It might be different every time you meditate or it might become clearer.

Just hold that with you as you begin to let go.

Finding gratitude for the time that you took,

Finding gratitude for those messages,

Acknowledging that sometimes the things we have to face are not always pleasant and sometimes they are.

You could even feel guilty about how well you're feeling.

And that's part of being human,

Part of you being who you are.

So allow all those different packages and categories to just merge back in together like osmosis,

Just letting one absorb the other,

Maybe picturing them as nesting dolls.

You start to feel yourself lighter.

Starting with your feet,

They're practically able to float.

Feeling your left leg and your right leg,

Noticing all around the pelvis and feel that it's lighter.

Any burdens that feel like they've weighed you down have dissipated.

Feeling through the torso,

Feeling around the space below your ribs and then from the ribs up to your throat and then the left arm and the right arm.

Feeling the breath moving up and down through the body as it gets deeper,

Revitalizing you with all of that fresh oxygen,

Feeling the blood and the muscles making space around every muscle fiber and around every bone underneath the skin and feeling that breath from your throat chakra spiraling all through your head calmly like the wind,

A gentle calming wind allowing the exhale to move from the bottoms of your feet all the way up through the body out the crown of the head and then start bringing awareness back to your physical self,

Making small movements in your fingers and your wrists,

Moving your hands around,

Wiggling your toes,

Maybe turning your head from side to side,

Feeling the air on your skin and telling yourself that I am strong,

I am revitalized,

I am filled with love.

When you're ready,

Slowly start to flutter your eyes open if they were closed.

Put your arms out to the sides,

Reaching wide and then wrapping them around yourself into a big hug.

May you have a peaceful day.
