You can listen to this when you do the dishes or any other chores or you can choose to meditate and softly close your eyes when you are ready.
Let's take a moment to arrive in the here and now,
Quieting the mind and relaxing the body.
Let's begin by taking a deep slow breath in,
Inhaling peace and clarity,
Exhaling any tension and doubt,
And allow each breath to relax you deeper,
Grounding you in the present moment.
Feel your body loosen and your mind clear,
And ready to engage in transformative work.
Now in your mind's eye,
Take a walk somewhere to your favorite place and imagine you are carrying a backpack.
With each step you take,
Visualize that you are placing one limiting belief into this backpack.
These may be beliefs about your capabilities,
Your worth or your potential,
Beliefs that may feel heavy and burdensome.
Take a moment to acknowledge how these beliefs have impacted your current life,
Recognizing that they are not truths,
But merely perspectives that have held you back.
These perspectives often come from our past experiences,
From societal expectations,
Or from our parents and their expectations.
And now with your backpack filled,
Imagine finding a serene spot to open it.
One by one,
Take out these limiting beliefs,
Hold them up to the light,
And ask yourself,
Is this really true?
Who would I be without this belief?
What could I achieve if I let go?
Is this really true?
Who would I be without this belief?
What could I achieve if I let go?
And now allow yourself to see the possibilities that emerge when you discard these outdated scripts.
Now as you challenge each belief,
Visualize a changing form.
Turn each limiting belief into an empowering affirmation.
For example,
I'm not skilled enough because I am continuously growing and improving my skills.
And feel the weight lift as you transform these beliefs,
Replacing them with positive and supportive statements.
Now with your transformed beliefs in your hand,
Affirm your new reality.
You can repeat these to yourself,
Feeling them take root deeply in your mind and in your heart.
I am capable of achieving great things.
I am worthy of success and happiness.
Every day I grow stronger and more confident.
Every day I grow stronger and more confident.
I am free from the constraints of my old beliefs.
I embrace my potential to create a fulfilling life.

Now imagine that the wind is picking up,
Blowing away the remnants of your old beliefs,
Leaving you feeling lighter and rejuvenated.
Breathe in this new sense of freedom and commitment to your growth.
