Join me in this beautiful guided meditation to help you let go of old beliefs, patterns, and thoughts, and to make room for the new. Making room for new opportunities, growth, and possibilities that lie ahead. The practice starts of with finding a quiet place, settling into the moment, after which we use mindfulness to bring awareness to the breath and body. Then we use visualisation to help you release old patterns, old and beliefs that you are ready to release.

Hi and welcome to this guided meditation to let go of the old and make space for the new.

This meditation helps you to let go of old patterns and beliefs,

Making space for new experiences and opportunities in your life.

It is a powerful process of release and renewal,

Helping you move forward,

Unburdened by the weight of the past.

So let's begin by finding a quiet and comfortable place,

Somewhere where you will not be disturbed.

Assume a position that feels good for you in this moment.

Maybe you'd like to be seated.

Maybe you'd like to lie down,

Maybe supported by a few comfortable cushions.

Make any adjustments as you need,

Then find your moment of stillness.

If it feels good for you,

You can softly let your eyelids close to shut out the outer world.

Or you can keep them open with a soft and relaxed gaze.

Now take a few calming and deliberate breaths in,

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling slowly.

Feel your body relax a little more with each out-breath and briefly scanning the body,

Allowing your physical being to let go of any tension.

Relaxing the feet,

Softening any tension in the calves,

Let the upper legs relax,

Then feel the length of your legs as they become heavy,

Inhaling deeply through the nose,

Exhaling fully through the mouth,

Softening the glutes,

Relaxing your belly,

Letting go of tension in the chest and shoulders,

Feeling the length of your arms,

All the way from the tips of your fingers,

All the way up to the shoulders,

Letting the arms be long and heavy,

Now softening the face,

Relaxing the space between the eyebrows,

Let your cheeks be relaxed and soft,

And just allow all the muscles of the face to go completely slack.

Now imagine that you are standing in a peaceful garden,

Surrounded by lush greenery and colourful blossoms.

This garden is a reflection of your inner world,

A place of tranquility and healing.

Now in this garden,

Visualize a beautiful book placed before you.

This book symbolizes the old patterns and beliefs and memories that you are ready to release.

The pages within this book hold the stories of your past,

Both the lessons learned and the patterns that no longer serve your highest good.

Now with intention and with a deep sense of readiness,

You reach out and gently open the book.

As you do,

The pages come to life,

Revealing a lifetime of experiences and patterns that have shaped your journey to this date.

One by one,

You carefully tear out these pages and release them into a sacred fire that burns nearby.

The fire represents the transformative power within you,

And the ability to transmute and release what no longer aligns with your soul's path.

As each page lands in the flames,

Watch as the paper turns to ash.

This ash symbolizes the release of old patterns and beliefs that have weighed you down.

With each page offered to the fire,

You sense the weight of the past lifting from your soul.

It is as though a heavy burden is being lifted from your shoulders.

Feel the warmth and gentle crackling of the fire as it consumes the pages.

This is the energy of transformation,

The alchemy of releasing and renewing.

With each page you release,

You move one step closer to a state of greater lightness and clarity.

The old patterns and beliefs that once held you are now dissolving into the ether.

As the final page turns to ash,

Take a moment to sit in this transformative space,

Feeling the profound sense of release and renewal.

Your soul is now lighter,

Your spirit freer,

And your path forward unburdened by the weight of your past.

You have now made space for new experiences,

Opportunities,

And growth.

Embrace this feeling of liberation and expansion as you move forward with a heart and spirit ready for the possibilities that lie ahead.

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Wiggling your fingers,

Wiggling your toes,

Opening your eyes if they were closed,
