In this session we will use powerful visualization techniques to sharpen your vision and to prepare your mind to recognize and seize the opportunities that will lead you towards your desired goals.
To find a comfortable position,
Somewhere where you can relax without falling asleep.
Now let's begin.
Let's take a moment to relax and arrive in the present moment.
Take a deep breath in,
Slowly filling your lungs with air.
And gently exhaling,
Releasing any tension or worries.
Let's do that one more time.
Take a breath in,
Feel your belly rise,
And then slowly exhale at your own pace,
Releasing any stress now.
Breathing in peace,
Breathing out tension.
Let your body and mind reach this state of calm readiness.
Just allow your breath to be natural,
And allow your body to sink in a little deeper,
Letting go of any tension from the face,
Just relaxing a little bit more.
Now in your mind's eye,
Visualize roots extending from your feet deep down into the earth,
Anchoring you firmly into the ground.
Now take a moment here to really feel the strength and stability of Mother Earth supporting you.
Feel gravity gently pulling you down,
And with each breath,
Draw up the strength and stability from Mother Earth.
Visualize it going from Mother Earth through those roots and into your body,
Making you feel centered and grounded,
Feeling safe and secure.
Now imagine a large clear screen before you,
Like a movie screen in a theater.
This screen is ready to display your deepest desires and goals.
Begin to project onto this screen images of what you truly want in your life.
See yourself living your dream life.
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
Pay attention to the details here,
Noticing the colors,
The sounds,
The smells,
The feelings,
And the emotions.
Now I'll give you some time to spend a few moments by yourself here,
Adding as much detail as possible to this visualization.
Experience this life as if it is real right now.
Feel the joy,
The satisfaction and the pride of your achievements.
Really notice how it feels in your body to live this dream.
What emotions are stirring within you?
What can you taste,
Sense or feel?
Allow these feelings to fill you up completely,
Reinforcing the reality of this vision.
Now to strengthen this visualization,
Let's rewire your brain for some positivity.
You can repeat these statements in your mind or out loud,
Feeling the truth resonate with every part of your being.
I am actively creating my future.
Every day I move closer to my dreams.
I attract the opportunities that enable me to succeed.
I am a magnet for miracles,
Drawing my desires toward me.
My vision is clear and my path is laid out before me.
Now take a few more deep breaths,
Each time imagining that you are breathing life into this vision,
Making it brighter and more vivid.
With each exhale,
Feel any doubts or fears leaving your body,
Only certainty and clarity.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Becoming aware of the surface beneath you,
Listening to the sounds around you,
And when you are ready,
