So with that,
I'd like to do.
Just a quick.
.
.
Sensory reset where we are connecting to our senses.
Just allow yourself.
To be here in this moment.
Using your senses and Take a full breath in right now.
And let it go.
And do that again.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And when you exhale,
Just letting go of anything you might be holding onto.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Feel your heart space opening.
And just be present.
Maybe a late smile on your face.
And the first thing I invite you to do is to look around.
And notice.
.
.
What you see.
With your eyes.
And look at something close.
Look at something far.
And just.
.
.
Notice the sense of your eyes.
And now.
.
.
A sound.
What can you hear?
Besides the sound of my voice in your ear?
What else do you hear?
I can hear the fan.
On my computer.
I can faintly hear traffic outside.
And moving on to the next one.
What the air!
Feels like.
On your skin.
Maybe you touch your arm.
Rub your hands together.
And just feel.
And now.
Notice.
A smell.
Is there anything you can smell in the air right now?
I can smell the foam on my microphone.
Is there a taste in your mouth?
Coffee,
Toothpaste.
Breakfast.
And what about a sensation in your body?
If you really.
.
.
Listen.
Feel.
Do you feel?
Your heartbeat.
Can you feel?
The aliveness within.
End.
Notice that.
.
.
These senses are always here.
For us.
To return to.
And our body.
Has that wisdom.
Our body remembers.
And we can return here anytime.
Anytime throughout the day.
In small ways.
And in bigger ways by.
Going outside in nature,
Hugging a tree.
Getting back to that essence.
Of who we are.
