Welcome to this brand new day.

Get seated in a comfortable position.

Softly close your eyes.

Make sure your jaw is unclenched.

Relax your shoulders and open your heart.

When we sit up in the morning,

We're draining our lymphatic system,

Letting our body know that we're ready to embrace the day ahead.

Today is a good day.

Open your heart.

Taking a deep breath all the way in and let it all out.

Take another deep breath in,

All the way in,

Nice slow gentle in and exhale.

And just return to your natural rhythm of breathing.

Sitting with purpose.

Feeling aligned.

Feel a lightness through your body.

Hey,

It's a great day.

Now we are going to wholeheartedly encompass and embody these affirmations.

Every cell in our body will resonate with the positivity and the truth behind these words.

Put emotion into it.

Feel it.

Here we go.

Number one.

I am grateful.

I am grateful.

Today,

In this moment,

Is a gift.

That's why we call it the present.

A gift we feel immense gratitude for.

Take a deep breath in and let gratitude fill your body.

What are you grateful for?

Who are you grateful for?

Allow gratitude to fill every cell.

I am grateful.

Number two.

I emote positive energy everywhere I go.

When problems arise,

I refuse to stir in negativity.

We can't solve a problem when our vibrations are low.

We must rise above it so the lower vibration can dissolve.

You'll never settle an argument or conflict by arguing or adding to the conflict.

Bring in peace,

Positivity,

And leave people brighter than when you found them.

Feel the frequency of the positive vibration rising with you now.

Three.

I love to help others.

I love to help others.

Something that will change your life for the better is looking for ways to give back,

Looking for ways to help.

Even a smile can make a massive difference in someone's day.

Maybe you send a private blessing to someone you encounter or pass,

Complimenting someone and showing appreciation.

Everyone wants to be seen and valued.

The law of giving and receiving tells us that the more we give,

The more we can receive.

How will you serve and help others today?

I love to help others.

Number four.

I am happy now.

I am happy now.

Many people think,

I will be happy when… When I'm richer,

When I'm thinner,

When I have this relationship,

Etc.

But we must cultivate happiness now.

If we can't create happiness in our lives now,

No matter what goals or numbers or relationships we achieve,

We won't be happy.

Act now how you want to feel.

How can you be happy in this moment?

What makes you happy?

Do more of that.

I am happy now.

Five.

I can clearly see the best version of me.

I can clearly see the best version of me.

Action and imagination is life's preview.

Our thoughts become things.

Keep a clear vision of your best self and put yourself in those shoes daily.

What does your ideal self look like?

How do you act?

How do you hold yourself?

How do you handle situations?

What does the best version of you do in a day?

Who are you with?

How do you feel?

Crystallize and make even brighter this clear image of the best version of you.

I know it is possible.

If you can see it,

You can achieve it.

I can clearly see the best version of me.

Number six.

I love to move my body.

I love to move my body.

The best way to manage depression or anxiety starts with moving our body.

When we are depressed,

We hunch and our physiology literally changes.

The best way to break that is to move your body on a daily basis.

Whatever you can do,

Do that.

Stand tall and feel the power in your presence.

What is your favorite type of exercise?

Do it there,

But make it consistent.

Make it a non-negotiable.

What will you do today to move your body?

I love to move my body.

Seven.

I consume foods that make me feel good.

Our bodies are our temples.

The positive energy starts with the food that we put in our bodies.

Let's fuel our tanks with food that makes us feel good.

Maybe it's nutritious,

Healing,

Non-processed foods.

Fast food,

Processed food,

And fried foods create illness and lethargic lives.

Let's leave the unhealthy choices out of our lives today and know that every small choice you make makes up your life.

So choose wisely.

I consume foods that make me feel good.

Eight.

I love setting goals.

Making progress in our lives brings us fulfillment and happiness.

And people are 42% more likely to achieve their goal when they write them down.

Dream up huge goals.

Goals so big you can't comprehend how you'd get there.

And then make smaller,

Attainable daily goals that keep you going.

And daily goals that keep you moving in that direction.

Hold the vision.

Dream big.

What are some goals that you can write down for today?

I love setting goals.

Nine.

I am committed.

I am committed.

Your daily habits make up your life.

Your attitude attributes to your personality.

You can raise the thermostat of who you are.

You can ultimately achieve anything that you desire.

And it's never too late.

It is not too late to reinvent yourself.

If you want true change,

We need to be comfortable with the uncomfortable.

If it's uncomfortable,

You're growing.

But stay committed.

You won't always feel like eating the best choices or writing down your goals or going the extra mile or even choosing that higher vibration in a difficult situation.

But the more that you can commit to these affirmations,

You will see your life begin to change.

How will you commit?

Stay dedicated.

I am committed.

Number 10.

I surrender and let go of expectations.

I surrender and let go of expectations.

No matter how hard we try,

We can't control what others think or do.

So focus on you.

The only project you need to worry about is yourself.

Take full responsibility.

I am my own project.

Be your own project.

Find peace within.

Forgive yourself and others and find ways to cultivate joy.

What can you let go of today?

How can you surrender?

How can you bring more joy into your one wild and precious life?

I surrender and let go of control and expectations.

Excellent and inspiring practice to start the day. I loved the affirmations and breakdown of what those words can mean for our day. Great focus on gratitude and being present. And the last part about surrender was perfect. "The only project is yourself" really resonated with me and where best to focus my energy. Probably one of my favourite meditations now! It’s very inspiring and motivating, your soft voice also makes it easier to listen to the affirmations and not drift off to daydreaming.
