This is the Taurus New Moon Ritual Meditation.
It's time for us to slow down,
To soften,
To return to the steadiness and stability of the ground beneath us.
Taurus reminds us that growth does not need to be rushed.
There is so much wisdom for us in patience,
Wisdom in our presence,
Wisdom in our learning how to be fully arrived in this moment just as we are.
So for the next little while allow yourself to slow down,
Allow yourself to arrive in this moment.
You can be seated or laying down.
Your eyes can be open or closed.
Just gently remind yourself I am here now to be present with myself.
Take a long slow smooth breath in and as you exhale hum with me.
Again long slow deep smooth breath in.
One more time.
Breathing in.
Feel the vibration of sound moving through your body.
Feel the vibration of sound moving through your body.
Sense your nervous system softening yourself arriving.
Ground into this moment.
Feel the weight of your body being supported,
The earth beneath you,
Holding you completely.
Notice the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
Sense the temperature of air touching your skin and notice sounds around you.
No need to change anything.
Just gently arriving into this moment via your senses.
Arrive and allow yourself to slow down enough so that you truly feel here.
Bring the awareness inside your body.
And move your attention to the point between your two eyebrows.
Soften into this deep dark space.
Sense your breath here.
And let's begin to rotate our awareness.
Through the body.
Beginning at the point between your two eyebrows.
Sense your awareness dropping into the pits of your throat.
The right shoulder joint.
The right elbow.
The right wrist.
Right thumb.
Right index finger.
Right middle finger.
Right ring finger.
Right little finger.
Right wrist.
Right elbow.
Right shoulder.
The pits of the throat.

Sensing spaciousness.

Sensing your arrival.
Notice your breath.
No forcing.
No pain.
No effort.
Let your breath move naturally,
All on its own.
Taurus teaches us that we do not need to push or strive or prove.
This moment is missing nothing.
Everything is right here.
Allow everything to be here,
Just as it is.
Allow yourself to receive the support that is right here.
The breath.
The earth.
This moment.
Be breathed by this moment.
And now feel into the energy of this new moon.
The quiet.
The fertile darkness.
The space.
Of new ground.
Of fresh new beginnings.
Steady.
Rooted.
Real.
Gently ask yourself,
What truly nourishes me?
What helps me feel grounded?
Stable?
Clear?
Deeply connected to myself?
What am I ready to cultivate slowly?
With care?
With patience?
With kindness?
With love?
With compassion?
Deep beneath all of the noise,
What do I truly desire?
Not from pressure,
Not from comparison.
But from the deepest and most honest part of yourself.
From the part of yourself that is wide open.
Non-judgmental,
Patient,
Witnessing awareness.
Simply listen from this space.
What is one intention?
One way of being?
One small grounded action that feels aligned with your life right at this moment.
What are you wanting to grow?
Let it be simple.
Let it be truth.
Let it be nourishing.
You might like to hold this intention gently in your awareness.
You might like to write it down after this practice.
There's no rush.
Imagine this intention like a seed placed gently into fertile,
Nourishing earth.
No forcing,
No urgency,
Complete trust,
Care,
And time.
Let this seed,
This beach,
Take root.
Let it grow inside of you.
When you are ready,
Begin to deepen your breath.
Sense your body once more.
Sense the room around you and the ground beneath you.
Carry this feeling of steadiness with you.
This reminder that you are allowed to move slowly,
To choose peace,
To honor what truly nourishes you.
May the energy of this Taurus new moon guide and ground you in the days ahead.
