Guided meditation to open your heart,

Expand and rise in love.

A lot of us are walking around with our hearts tense.

How I know this is because of what's going on in the world.

Somehow we have forgotten that our nature is to be love.

Somehow we've not realized that we are all one.

We are all brothers and sisters and we all affect each other.

This guided meditation will bring you back home inside to your true nature which is love.

We flow the energy of love when we let go of judgment,

Criticism,

Analysis.

When we are the witness and we do things in our day that bring us into the moment such as meditation.

Or if you are a musician and you love to play music,

An instrument.

Or if you love to dance.

Or if you love to write.

Or cook a meal and you're just so in the moment.

And you allow yourself to be in that flow state.

We feel that love energy flowing whenever we're totally present and engaged in the moment.

And if you have gotten into the habit of judging,

Criticizing,

Analyzing yourself.

Maybe your parents didn't treat you in the most unconditionally loving ways.

We learn by how we were treated in our childhood how to treat ourselves and how to treat others.

And more than ever in this world we are being called to create a new relationship with ourselves.

A relationship that has more compassion.

More acceptance.

More love.

More patience.

More kindness.

And so if we want to change the world we have to go inside.

And this meditation will take you there.

Because it's our nature to be loved and it's actually really easy to shift from judgment to acceptance.

It's really easy to release resentments.

Years and years of resentments.

However we have to have a willingness.

An openness and a trust that we can.

So are you willing to say right now,

Yes I can.

Yes I can.

Process and release the past.

And create a new world with me.

Where we walk around with our hearts open even more.

Where we rise in love together.

And it begins at the heart.

I invite you now to lay down.

And lean back on the support surface.

Give yourself to the support.

And give yourself 100% to this experience now.

Bring in 100% commitment.

That you are so worth it.

You are so worth living your life.

Aligned and clear.

You are so valuable and so precious because you exist.

You are thought up into form by our creator.

And because you are here right now.

Please know that you are so loved and that you are so significant.

Allowing yourself to take all that in.

Feeling comfortable.

And throughout this meditation you might feel uncomfortable at times.

It will cause old repressed emotions.

Even old ancestral things to come up that we hold from our parents.

From our ancestors.

We're being called to clear ourselves.

To purify our body,

Our mind and our soul.

For if we are to thrive in the future.

We must adapt.

And invite more.

Love and acceptance.

Patience and kindness.

Fierce compassion.

Allow yourself to exhale and empty out.

Whatever you are resisting inside of you.

To have everything you wish in your life.

To live a magical life.

Think about for a moment what am I angry at about myself.

What am I angry at the world?

And we're going to empty out together now.

Exhale long.

What do I judge?

What do I criticize?

What do I judge out that only weighs you down?

Carrying the past,

Judgments,

Criticisms.

They only weigh you down.

Feeling the exhalation,

The emptying out.

Are you ready,

Willing,

And able to be aligned and clear,

Connected to the truth of who we all are,

That is love and powerful,

Miraculous and magical?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Open up your arms,

Get ready to receive,

And open up your legs.

You're a five-pointed star,

Lengthening your legs and your arms and your head away from the center.

Inhale long and deep,

Profound and expansive inhalation.

And hold your breath there.

Take two more sniffs.

Hold it,

Hold it.

You're taking in all that oxygen from everything that's green in nature,

Filling yourself up new beginnings,

New life.

Hold it.

Feel all that oxygen and energy circulating inside of you.

We're cleansing and clearing from the inside out.

It doesn't matter what's happened to you in the past.

You can do this now.

When you're ready to let go,

Exhale and just surrender your release.

Exhale long and slow and deep,

Revitalizing,

Re-energizing,

Recharging your lungs and your heart.

Hold your breath there.

Take two more sniffs,

Or three,

Or four,

And hold it.

Your body is expanded,

Your arms and legs,

Your head.

You are a five-pointed star.

You're cleansing and clearing now.

Hold it.

Feel all that oxygen circulating within you.

Now we're going to inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Hold it for as long as you can.

And then exhale.

Ah.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Exhaling the expansion and the elongation.

Notice what arises as you do this.

If any thoughts come into your mind,

Just be the witness of it.

You're going to start to practice being the witness.

Ah.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Ah.

I'm taking a moment right now to reflect on what am I still holding onto from the past?

What am I angry about?

What makes me feel sad?

Notice what arises inside of you.

Bring your right hand over your heart,

And you're going to start to touch yourself.

If you can,

Just go under your shirt or take off your shirt.

And you're going to explore.

You're going to be curious now.

How does my heart feel?

Bring your left arm out and your right hand on your chest.

And you're going to explore.

Your muscles over your chest.

Stroke to the left side of your ribs.

The left side.

Your arm is out away from you so that you can feel even more.

Deep breath in,

Feeling.

How does my heart feel?

Does it feel guarded?

Or does it feel open?

How does my heart feel?

What emotions am I holding in my heart?

Notice what's true for you.

Sometimes we feel resentment and hurt or bitter,

Or we feel we were a burden,

Or we're angry,

Or we're sad,

Or we're all of those,

Overwhelmed.

Are you willing to feel whatever's there without any judgment?

To hold space for yourself to just be whatever arises?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

Imagine yourself in a cocoon of love where you're so safe.

It's safe to feel.

And you can think back to your childhood.

Was my childhood a happy one?

Did I feel safe to feel as a child?

Did I live in a cocoon of love at my family's house?

Or did I have to build walls around my heart?

Is my heart soft and supple and safe and supported?

Or is it hard,

Contracted,

Protected,

And shut down?

It's simple to come back to opening the heart,

To expanding and rising in love because it's what you are.

Do you have a willingness to go there right now and open more and release more the past?

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

I'm open,

Ready,

And willing to feel deeper and process even more any old hurts.

If you took anything personally,

Are you willing to process it now?

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Noticing how your lungs feel.

So you're going to move your hands over your rib cage.

Do you have any sadness from the past?

Have you processed all the grief and the loss that has happened to you in your lifetime?

Or are you still holding on to sadness?

Deep breath into your ribs.

Feeling the full range of motion of expansion that's possible for you.

Expanding the muscles in between your ribs.

Feeling your heart,

Your lungs,

Your upper abdomen also expands where your diaphragm is.

And your lower abdomen too.

Breathing now,

Stroking over your stomach area,

The upper abdomen where your solar plexus is.

And notice,

How do I feel here?

When we inhale and we're breathing with our diaphragm,

Usually the abdomen expands.

Notice does my abdomen expand when I inhale?

Do I feel that I'm holding on?

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

Do you feel as though you're holding there?

Inhale,

Inhale,

Inhale.

How does my heart,

My lungs,

My abdomen feel?

You're scanning.

Noticing.

This is a way of cultivating intimacy with yourself and being able to be the witness of all your sensations,

Emotions,

Feelings.

If in your childhood you were told,

Stop crying,

Don't be a wuss,

You don't need to cry.

We learn sometimes to suppress our emotions,

To not feel our feelings.

And then we wonder why we lash out at people and we get angry and we yell.

Because we have not processed the deeper underlying sadness,

Our unmet expectations or needs as children.

A lot of us are doing this.

And it's very evident in the world right now where there's been a misuse of power,

There's been a unbalanced,

Unhealthy ways of relating and it is an opportunity for us to learn how to have emotional intelligence,

How to process our emotions,

How to feel.

And this is how we begin on this journey today,

Practicing every day,

Listening to this meditation to guide you inside.

And you can also just simply massage your lungs,

Your chest,

Your rib cage,

Your abdomen,

Your neck and shoulders,

Your legs.

Every morning spend time with yourself.

Your body is the manifestation and representation of your mindset.

What is my body telling me about my thoughts?

What is my body telling me with my dis-ease?

Take a moment and reflect.

What can I learn from my body?

Do I have chronic pain?

Do I have emotional pain?

We are love and when we flow love freely through us,

We feel great.

We feel clear and aligned,

Supple,

Peaceful and calm.

When the body is not at rest,

It's not feeling peaceful,

It's a sign from the body for us to release and process.

You have intuition,

Inner guidance available to you.

When you close your eyes and you be the witness to your body's sensations,

You're strengthening your ability to be intuitive.

And when we simply be present and observe this present moment,

Like a video camera,

Without any judgment or analysis,

We get to feel what it feels like to be in our soul's presence.

Take a moment right now to open your eyes and look around the room without any opinion about the room.

Look at the walls,

All the different items that are in this room.

Can I just witness them like a video camera with no thoughts?

Now close your eyes and turn your vision inwards.

Can I witness my whole past?

It just happened to me,

Whatever happened in the past,

But it doesn't have to weigh on me.

It's not who I am.

I decide who I am right now.

I have free will.

What would you like to create today?

And how would you like to feel most of the day?

How would you like your body to feel?

How would you like to feel about your home?

How would you like to feel about your career,

Your purpose,

Your mission?

Would you like to wake up in the morning feeling energized and inspired,

Empowered,

And deeply connected to your heart and your soul?

Can you imagine loving yourself the way our creator loves you?

What would it feel like to be loving so much who you are exactly as you are,

Wherever you are on your journey?

What if you could see how powerful you are of a creator,

How miraculous and magical you are,

Regardless of your past?

What if you could decide right now to just be your own best friend?

How would your life be different if you accepted everything of the past and everyone?

Open up your body even more now.

We're going to invite a new way of living,

A new way of thinking and believing,

Where we choose love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

And forgiveness.

As our modus operandi,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Love,

And forgiveness.

How would I be different walking around on this earth,

Seeing everyone through the eyes of love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Forgiveness?

What if I realized that we're all the same color on the inside,

That we're no different from each other,

That we are all one,

Energetic beings,

99.

99% made of energy?

What if I could see every person as my brother and sister?

What if I felt that I am a part of this incredible universe and I am significant and I feel so comfortable walking around,

I'm safe and I'm supported?

Are you willing to feel safe and supported now and to remember that you are love?

Imagine yourself walking like this.

I am significant.

I am safe.

I am comfortable with who I am.

Standing with your chest open,

Your heart open,

You're rising in love.

There's this little skip in your step because you know you are loving that you are enough and you're deciding to be that way.

You don't have to wait for someone to forgive you or contact you back or respond to you.

You are whatever you decide to be right now.

Are you willing to walk,

Owning your power,

The power of love that you are flowing freely through you?

Deep breath in.

I am a river of love.

Say that out loud.

I am a river of love flowing freely through me.

I am a river of love.

When you live in a cocoon of love,

Everywhere you go you are in this beautiful cocoon of love.

You are safe.

You are supported.

What we feel is what we attract.

Our thoughts create our feelings and emotions.

Imagine yourself thinking thoughts that cause you to feel safe and supported and significant.

Imagine yourself reassuring yourself throughout the day that you're doing a great job.

Imagine yourself uplifting yourself.

When you feel down,

You just simply be with yourself and feel what you feel.

You feel so supported by your own self.

And then you ask yourself,

What do I wish to create now?

So it's important for us to process and flow our emotions.

And then when we feel we've done that,

What do I wish to create now?

Everything is figureoutable.

Are you willing to live more connected to the magical,

Miraculous,

Magnificent,

And powerful loving being that you are?

When we release those judgments,

The criticism,

The negative emotions,

The thoughts that we learned,

We feel so clear.

We feel so loved by ourselves.

We are loved.

Imagine yourself your own best friend.

You're so kind and open to learning and growing every day in every way.

Asking yourself,

Am I ready to live at a level of a new standard where I only allow love,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

And forgiveness to guide my life?

How can I show up as love in this situation?

How can I love more in this situation,

In this moment?

And you can ask your friends,

Your loved ones,

How can I support you more?

How can I love you more?

And see what they say to you.

This way we are focusing in the direction of love.

And if that person's not there,

You can see them in front of you and ask them.

To expand your love and open your heart with me today.

Remember that when we do this meditation,

We're elevating the collective love.

Remember we're one.

We are all interconnected.

We are all one and the same.

Open up your body.

Breathe in deep.

Remember you are a river of love that flows love through you.

Remember to be the witness,

To massage yourself daily,

To take deep,

Loving,

Rising in love breaths daily.

And to remember that you are so significant.

You matter.

You're so powerful.

And wherever you place your focus,

You attract more of that into your life.
