Criss holds a Master's Degree in Mindfulness from Lesley University and a certification to teach the renowned program, Search Inside Yourself, a leadership program developed at Google. Criss is also the author of PERTENÆCER: Eight-Week Mindfulness and Meditation Training and Practices for Latinx Immigrants in the United States, where she shares mindfulness-based stress management tools for Latinx in the US. Criss currently works at The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley.
