Relax the shoulders,
Relax the body.
And we're going to cultivate a little bit of concentration and connect with our inner peace.
The intention right now is to connect with clarity and the tranquility of the present moment,

Right here.
So I invite you right now to take a deep breath again.
Connect with the surface where you're sitting.
Feel how your legs are connected to the surface.
And how your hands may be on your lap or just on top of each other.
And if the mind distracts you with thoughts,
Just note them and slowly return your attention to your body sitting here.
The same with their noises or anything.
Just allow them to be and just gently return your attention to the body.
And slowly bring your attention to your breath.
And I'm going to invite you to repeat in silence as you inhale the words,
I am present.
And as you exhale,
I am in peace.
Inhaling,
I am present.
Exhaling,
I am in peace.
Inhaling,
I am present.
Exhaling,
I am in peace.
Connect with that clarity that comes when you feel the presence of your breath.
No need to control the sounds,
No need to control anything that is happening,
Your breath.
Just follow and repeat.

And as you exhale,
Connect with that inner peace.
Continue for a few minutes.
Following the breath,
Connecting to that presence as you breathe.
Remember that it's normal to get distracted by thoughts.
And when you do realize that you have been distracted,
Slowly return your attention to the breath.
And repeating,
I am present.
I am in peace.
Our natural state is calm,
Tranquility.
Stay here for a few more seconds with the breath and the phrases.
And when you hear the bell,
Slowly start returning your attention back to our session here.
