
It's Time To Go To Sleep
The other night, I was struggling to fall asleep. I laid there imagining what would be helpful...something that my mind could latch onto to ease my swirling thoughts and to-do's; a reminder to focus on my breath; a gradual slowing of pace and time. I imagined this musical meditation. It includes a repetitive, meditative guitar accompaniment with a spoken introduction that transitions to soft singing. I hope it brings you restfulness and peace.
