Take three breaths with me.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Biggest exhale.

Let that go.

Breathe normally.

Welcome to the human experience.

With 10,

000 joys and 10,

000 sorrows.

When I feel discomfort,

I remember I am human.

When I feel good,

I remember I am human.

I stay grounded and breathe into both kinds of sensations.

The stuff that feels delicious and the stuff that feels uncomfortable,

They are all a part of the human experience.

Put one hand on your heart.

Put one hand on your belly.

Feel your body underneath your hands.

Three breaths.

Exhale.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your nose.

Keep that rhythm.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale through your nose.

Inhale nose.

Exhale nose.

Let that go.

Bring to mind your intention for the day.

Even after the bell,

Stay here with your intention as long as time allows.
