Welcome to your guided meditation.
Today we will observe the things that surround you,
The events that you see,
The people around you.
With that find a comfortable space wherein you may sit gently,
Safely and comfortably.
Tune into your breath,
Inhaling to your nose,
Exhaling to your lips.
Do this for two more times at your own pace.
When you're ready inhaling to your nose,
This time exhaling to your nose.
Allow yourself to have this safe breathing.
You're now very relaxed.
There have been moments where you felt angry.
There have been moments where you have been sad.
Sometimes emotions don't feel good.
At other times they are great.
There is a constant change in them.
Knowing this puts us at ease.
Remember emotions of any kind are very important.
They can help us to see when things are going wrong.
They warn us.
At times they make us change things that need change.
We need all of them to be complete feeling human beings.
When we know this and once we deeply understand this,
We become calm and we relax.
When we are relaxed happiness and joy may fill our body.
A joyful state at ease is our baseline.
It is what we feel once we learn to become calm.
That feeling like you are feeling right now.
When we relax happiness arises.
You can go there anytime.
Do you know this?

Anytime that you feel overwhelmed,
Maybe upset or maybe excited,
Anything that is overwhelming,
You will learn how to relax and happiness will arise.
Now come back and tune into your breath.
Inhaling to your nose,
Open your lips inside out.
One more time,
Inhale and open your lips.
Last one,
Inhale,
Close your lips inside out to your nose.
